Chapter 28 - Coronation and Goodbyes

Neptune's P.O.V

After we had left them alone, I look at Goldie. 

''So-''

''I love you.'' Wait... WHAT? Hold up we are going way to fast for my heart.

'' What's with the sudden confession?'' I ask him.

''Aren't you going to say it back?'' I shake my head.

''You don't deserve it- despite the whole story and all, I'm not going to forgive you, I am not like Astrid.'' He sighs in defeat.

''Can I at least kiss you?''

''Shameless boy... Fine.'' He smiles and kisses me.

A couple days later.

ASTRID'S P.O.V

''NOPE!NADA!NO! I can't do this! what if I fail? And I if I say something stupid, Or maybe I might trip on my gown? Tune! help me!'' If you haven't figured it out, Me and Tune will be crowned. Yes, FREAKING CROWNED! AND EVERYONE, THE WHOLE WORLD WILL BE HERE!

I didn't sign up for this.

And then there was Tune looking perfectly fine. Nothing was making her worried. She was absolutely fine.

''Calm down. It'll be fine.'' Porsche says. Lucas enters as he was the one who would be taking us to the coronation. I Breath in and out, trying to calm myself.

it's just a coronation Astrid, It will be fine.

Lucas takes me and Tune to the main room,

We both stand at the thrones as Xander makes us do the oaths.

Tune goes first.

''Do you, Neptune Winter, promise to take care of this world and the others, and keep it a balanced?''

''I am willing.''

'' And do you promise that the magic of this world will not begone in to the other world, and that you will keep the magic a secret to realty?''

''i am willing.'' He takes the crown and puts it on her head.

''Behold, Neptune, Queen of the Earth, and Knight of the Valley!''

''Behold! Princess Neptune!'' The crowed says.

Xander comes up to me. I breathe, You can do this Astrid.

''Astrid Winter, Are you willing to take care of this world and the treat the your people like your own family?''

''I-I am willing.''

''Then stand- from now are now Queen of The Valley OF lost Souls, the protector of this universe.''

I stand and see the people, my people.

''I promise that I will never let any one of you down. I will be the Queen that you all want me to be. I promise.'' 

''And with that, Here is your crown.'' Xander put the crown on my head,as I bow. He takes Tune's hand and brings her with me.

''Introducing, Queens of The Valley of lost souls and Reality.''

''ALL HAIL NEPTUNE KNIGHT! ALL HAIL QUEEN ASTRID!''

after everyone had left, The Virtuous Four called us in to the meeting room, as well as Draven and Dexter.

''I am very happy that everything went along plan. But we have some news.'' Tanner says. The res four of us looked at the virtuous four in confusion.

'' Astrid is meant to be queen in this world, However we need balance in the world that you came from. We will need someone to go back to preserve it.''

''Wait a minute- so your saying we;re not going back together?'' Tune asks. Aurora shakes her head. ''No, you are not.'' She says.

''There are supernatural in your world too, some  bad and some good, If they find out that there is no one there to rule them- there will be chaos. They will attack humans and reveal our secret.That is why it's very important, for Tune to go back.''

I could not believe it, My soulmate, my partner in crime, had to be separated from me. I stared crying. Draven came up to me and hugs me. Tune was completely stone.

''Fine. I'll do it-''

''T-Tune please-''

''Its for the best, Az.'' She says. ''just tell me something, will I ever be able to come back?''

''You will, but not right now. It's too dangerous. You would need to finish of the spies and the bad supernatural, the ones that had sided with the demon and finish them, Once they are dead, you may be able to come back. But for now, no.'' Porsche says.

''I'm coming with her then.'' Dexter says. I wipe of my tears as me and Draven break apart.

''Wait what? Are you-''

Dexter cuts him off, '' wouldn't you, If Firearrow was in Starlight's position?'' Draven nods. Dex comes up to him and gives him a hug. Draven was completely froze, Eyes wide open, he slowly pats Dexter back. They break apart, and he pats my head.

''I don;t care what you four say, I' not leaving her.'' The four share a smile.

''We never said that you had to, leave her that is.'' Tanner says, With a click of his fingers, all there luggage was there. 

Porsche waves her hand, and suddenly a black portal opens. Tune sighs, she hugs me and kisses my forehead.

''Wherever I am, whatever part of the world. I will always be there for you. okay?'' I nod, ''Goodbye little sister.'' With that she takes Dexters hand as they both wave us goodbye, 

and disappear.

''Th-they're gone.''

Neptune's P.O.V

We step out , and look at the house. It was the house that we left in absolute crumbles. It was fixed. '' My house- It's fixed.''

''Well that is good the, isn't it?'' Dexter says. My eyes gleams at my now fixed house. Wait- If the house is fixed, maybe...

Just maybe..

''C'mon, my family might be there.'' I grabbed his hand and open the door.

''Mum?!''

''Maria?!''

'' Is anyone there?!''

''Starlight, I think this for you.'' I turn around and look at the envelope that Dexter was holding. I take it and open.

I'm so sorry Sweetheart.

And then I knew, That although the house was there, They were gone. I dropped to the floor and cried. I couldn't believe it. Dexter crouches down and hugs me.

''There, there, It's okay...

Let's start this new life.''
