A Story of Betrayal

Purple

"I didn't know they were dating." I said genuinely surprised. I though Cherry and Blackberry were the only ones who knew each other before the mission. I never even got to know Orange, so I can't say if he was a bad person or not. But just because he was dating Orange doesn't give him the right to hurt Cherry, he's still a bad person.  We ate the rest of our lunch quickly before meeting back up with Cherry and Blackberry. 

"Hey, can I join your group?" The girl with purple hair asked from the table behind me. "Sure!" me and Cyan said at the same time. "We're going to join the other group." Blackberry said walking off with Cherry. "Where do you have tasks left?" Lime asked Purple, so we could decide where to go. "I already finished my tasks," Purple said "but I over heard that you guys don't know where Blue is, we probably shouldn't let anyone be alone without a group." "That's kind of creepy" Lime said at the same time as Cyan said "Yeah we probably shouldn't."

"What's kind of creepy?" I asked Lime as we headed to the hallway by med bay to find Blue. "That she was listening to our conversation" Lime answered watching Purple with suspicion, as she walked in front of us next to Cyan. "Maybe she just happened to overhear us." I said. "Maybe" Lime said lighting his glare on Purple. Me and Lime speed up slightly so we could all walk together. "Why do you think Blue keeps leaving, and not staying with a group?" I asked as soon as me and Lime caught up, then answered my own question with "Probably planning another murder." But Cyan also answered flatly with "He wants to be alone." "I mean yeah, but why? To plot murder." I said, We already know Blue is the impostor why dose Cyan keep denying it. "No because he just lost his partner." Cyan responded. 

None of this makes what Blue did right, he clearly caused the O2 sabotage. He also most likely killed Tamarind and Green. Why would anyone try to defend him. 

I should probably try to change the subject, or we're just going to walk in silence. "Why did you decide to leave your group, Purple?" "You guys just seemed cool." She said, but she smiled and glanced at Cyan while she said it. "Sure..." I said not really believing her, I think she just joined us because she has a crush on Cyan. She looked slightly uncomfortable with my suspicion, and she was blushing but it was barley visible. I was probably right. 

"He's here." Cyan broke the awkward silence as we looked into communications. 

With out looking away from the black screen on the computer at the end of the room, Blue said calmly, or at lest he was trying to sound calm it ended up sounding like he might have been crying earlier  "Leave. Me. The. Fuck. Alone." "You can't be without a group." I said, but Cyan said "We're just checking if you're ok." Like they were trying to correct what I was saying, or like they wanted to cover what I said because it was a lie. I wasn't lying. "I'm fine, thanks" He replied glancing at us with a slight smile before returning to look at the computer with a blank expression. "Do you want to join our group?" Lime asked. Why would he ask that, with the fact that Blue has the highest chance of actually being the killer. Blue looked at us all individually before saying "No, Maybe later." He seemed kind of sad. I mean that would make sense, he was dating Orange and he saw what everyone saw after that trial. But he's still most likely the killer, and if he is that would make him a bad person no mater what. I should try not to think about that, at least not right now. No murders have been committed sense the last trial. 

Right before we left I remembered my device. Maybe later when Blue's not there I'll try to contact my friend again. 

"We should find Blackberry and Cherry." Cyan said. "And Coconut" Purple added "They're probably all together". Me and Lime just followed Purple and Cyan, mostly Purple, to med bay. 

"Lime, do you think we got the right person last time?" I asked as we walked thinking about the trial we had. "I don't know, but even more so now I don't want to accuse anyone. Watching him die was horrifying and I hope no one else has to die and we can make it back to Earth." "Me too, we've already lost so many people." Cyan agreed with Lime now walking next to me and him and letting Purple lead. After that we all just walked in silence till we got to med bay. I think it finally fully hit all of us people were dead now. Our friends were gone and they were never coming back.

When we got to med bay we saw Coconut sitting at the computer in front of the scanner and Pink  was sitting beds reading a book. Pink folded the page of her book "Hi guys." "Where's Blackberry and Cherry?" Cyan asked noticing they weren't there. "They're across the hall, they said they were tired." "What are you reading?" Cyan asked. "Just some more information about the other planet like plant life and stuff." We all just stood there for a second before Lime said "We should probably check on Blackberry and Cherry." We all agreed and went across the hall except for Coconut. "I need to finish what I'm working on so I'll stay here." "Ok." Pink said then we left. 

In the dorm room across the hall we saw Blackberry lying in her pod, but Cherry wasn't there. "Hey Blackberry, were's Cherry?" Purple asked "She left to find Blue with you guys" She answered in a voice that I couldn't tell if it was sad or tired.
