Why did it have to be me?

Chapter 9

London's POV
I woke up and heard Maggie talking on the phone when I asked who it was she said it was a boy so that means it was my phone. It also meant it was Niall. I carefully got up making sure I didn't wake up Cameron and I walked to my room and called Niall back. "Hey sorry for bugging you " he said. "That's fine what do you need?" I asked. " I was wondering if you had any pictures of the baby I know it's far to early to see anything but I just wanted to she my mom." He said.I kinda smiled to his comment because it showed he really meant everything he said last night. "Yeah I have one I can send you a picture of it." I said. "Thank you that means a lot" he said. I got off the phone and sent him a picture his response was. So tiny thank you! All I could do was smile I hope that this all works out.

"Smells amazing what in Greg world are you making?" I asked Maggie as I walked in the kitchen. "I seen you had a pasta recipe on the fridge so I gave it a try." She said putting the pan in the oven. "Oh yeah dad sent it to me." I said with a smile. She didn't say anything about dad after that. "Who was that on the phone? She asked sitting on the couch. "Oh no one." I said moving my arm as Cameron climbed on my lap. "Tell me the truth was that the dad?" She asked with a serious look. "Yes it was but I'm still not going to talk about him." I said looking at Cameron. "Sis why is it such a big deal?" She asked. "Because Maggie it's not as easy as you might think it is. Can we please talk about something else?" I asked looking at Maggie. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you, why don't we go eat?" said said. I could tell that she felt bad I just cant risk anything. No one can know about Niall not until i'm ready and he's ready. "I didn't mean to snap Maggie i'm sorry." I said. "Its okay I understand take as much time as you need." She said with a smile. "I promise I am going to tell you I just cant risk anything right now. " I said. I could tell that she was confused and I don't blame her.

"Mason and Kaylin are coming over tonight im going to tell them about the baby." I said taking a bite out of my food. 'That's good they deserve to know. " She said with a smile. "Hey sunshine come sit at the table and eat mommy made pasta." Maggie said as Cameron woke up.  "This is really good." I said.  "Hey will my morning sickness start?" I asked looking up at Maggie. "Its different for everyone, some people don't even have it. Mine started around 10-12  weeks. You could actually start at anytime." She said placing a plate in front of Cameron. "Damn it." I whispered to myself hoping Cameron wouldn't  hear me.  "Thank you mommy." Cameron said than started to eat. "You'll be okay I kinda got used to it, I mean its not fun but you get used to feeling like crap almost every day. "Maggie said. "Great, i'm so existed." I was joking i'm not excited at all. I'm a fun person but I had to be sick I mean who doesn't.

"Maggie I wish you wouldn't post a picture of me sleeping."I said with a laugh at the end. "I don't care you guys looked adorable." She said with a smile. I just laughed I couldn't stay mad at my sister for long. Shes really the only sibling I am close with, our older brother doesn't come around much and our younger brother is a brat. "Oh my god London!" Maggie yelled even though i'm right next to her. "I'm sitting right here what?" I asked. "Niall Horan liked my post" She said than starting jumping up and down. "Congrats I guess." I said with a laugh at the end. "I'm so happy." She said. "I can tell." I said with a smile.

After my sister was done freaking out over Niall liking her post we sat and talked for about 20 minutes than they decided it was time to go home. I only had 2 hours to myself before Mason and Kaylin got here and all I wanted to do was relax. But  I had to look over my Head shots for my agent this part of my job is so boring. My agent wants me to send at least 5 pictures to her normally my mom helps me with all of this but i'm on my own now. I picked the 5 that looked the best than I cleaned up my mess. I turned on friends and now i'm just waiting for my friends to come. All of my attention from the TV was taken away when i hear a knock on the door. Have I really been watching TV for hours on end?

  "Hey guys come in." I said as I opened the door. "Hey you have any snacks." Mason asked walking to the kitchen. I laughed at him because he can eat like the worlds about to end. "Yeah in the pantry." I said as I shook my head. "So what have you guys been up too?" I said sitting on the couch next to Kaylin. "Nothing really just hanging out how about you. You look tired." She said. "I am tired but I wanted to talk to you guys about something." I said with a smile. "Okay talk to us." Mason said sitting down with a bag of chips. "Okay I don't want to tell the entire story so i'm just going to come out and say it, I'm pregnant. " I said with a smile. They looked at me like I had 2 heads.  "Oh my god congrats." Kaylin said than gave me a hug. "This is unexpected but congratulations." Mason said. "Thank you guys." I said with a smile. "Okay enough with this or i'm going to cry. Do you guys want take out?" I asked wiping my eyes. "Japanese?" Mason asked. "Sounds good to me, Kay?" I asked and than she nodded her head.

  "That was amazing." I said cleaning up our mess in the kitchen. "So I know you might not want to talk about it but do you know who the dad of the baby is." Kaylin said bring me 2 plates. "I do but its complicated." I said. "Mason is on the phone he isn't listening you don't have to tell me anything if you don't want to ." She said with a smile. I just looked at her soon her eyes widened. She grabbed my arm and dragged me to my room. "Oh my god is it that boy you left with on your birthday" She said closing my door. "Yes." I said. "London I am not stupid and I don't know if I was just seeing things but I know who that was." She whispered.  "I don't want you to think I am crazy." I said.  "Lon I don't think your crazy I just need to know if I wasn't seeing things." She said.

It took me a while but I didn't want to lie to my friend. I know what your thinking. You tell your friend but not your family. Kaylin figured it out herself.  Plus my family would go crazy. "No you are right he is the dad but please don't tell anyone. Its really complicated and I cant have people thinking i'm crazy." I said. "I promise, my lip are sealed." She said than gave me a hug. It was nice to talk about this with Kay because she knew how hard it is for me. Us 3 hung out till 10 p.m. and then they left. I was tired normally  I don't go to bed till 3 but i'm exhausted and it didn't take long for me to pass out.
