(3rd person POV)

The "old friend" clad in black kept pacing back and forth around the cabin. The person kept entering and exiting the cabin and the shed frequently until he/she stopped at a little door that was caked in dust. The person opened the door which led to a dark little room which was nowhere similar to the rest of the cabin. The person walked towards a huge object covered in white while leaving his/her footprints on the tiled floor that was covered in dust. With one pull the person unveiled the object hiding behind the white cloth. Monitors...a lot of monitors. The grand setup was exactly the same as the day it was left behind. To own such a setup was far from reality, especially for the carpet maker. Then to whom did this belong to?

The person pulled a chair which lay nearby and attempted to turn the whole system on. It turned on, illuminating the entire room as it asked for a password. The person entered the password without any thought as if this belonged to him/her. After various clicks and flashes of bright light, the person stopped and stared at the monitor.

"And what do I see here?" he/she paused, staring at the screen a little more.

"I wonder who this little maiden is?" the person thought, his/her eyes never leaving the screens.

"Huh? What's this?"

"Just how many people did you offend to make so many enemies?" the person sighed.

The sound of keyboard clicks filled the entire room while the person was deeply focused on finding something.

"Ugh...why do you make this so hard for me. I'm gone for a while and now you've got people threatening you. I guess it's the end for the little maiden now. After all, she has chosen to threaten Harley."

"Wait a minute...you've got detectives as bodyguards?!" the person chuckled.

After a few more rigorous keyboard clicks, the person shut everything down, closed the door and paced around the cabin before he/she left.

When this person was finally out of the woods, he/she entered a car nearby and changed the unnecessary amount of black clothes that he/she wore. He/she drove for around half an hour before he/she stopped the car near a little convenience store. There was a guard who stood next to the lockers outside the store. The person went to the guard and politely said, "I hadn't realized that I had left my bag behind" and handed him the key of the locker that was assigned by the guard. The guard took the key and returned a black bag.

After receiving the bag, the person entered his car and made a call.

"Hello! I actually need a favor. I need some people for someone's protection...tomorrow...I'll send the address and time later. Thanks!" the person ended the call with a look of satisfaction on his/her face and finally started the car and left.

(Ash's POV)

Me and Cilan had exhausted ourselves trying to look for a lead. No matter how hard we tried, nobody in the mansion would say a word. Tired, we went to my home to find a letter at the doorstep addressed to me. I picked it up and opened the envelope after glancing at Cilan.

I stared at the piece of paper before handing it to Cilan who raised an eyebrow and gave it a thought

I stared at the piece of paper before handing it to Cilan who raised an eyebrow and gave it a thought.

"It's not like we have a lead so guarding Harley is the only option we've got for the time being. I guess we can trust this source a little bit. Besides, he's not asking us to leave Harley." said Cilan and I nodded.

"Well, we need backup and disguises. We should probably contact Gary as well", suggested Cilan.

"Yeah...do whatever you want. Just come pick me up tomorrow. I'm gonna go sleep, you can leave" the thought of Gary being involved changed my mood. After a long and tiring day I could finally sleep!
