This was the time
When the world was engulfed
By the shadow of gloom
We tried to free ourselves
From the clutches of Covid
But in spite of the miseries
and sufferings caused
We realised who are true
Friends were......
There were people who
risked their lives
for others
Cooked meals
Or gave away cash
To the less fortunate
Some worked day and night
To make every thing normal
Our hearts are filled
with compassion
Which was not felt before.....
