A few weeks after graduation Aleena had received a letter from a man named Donald Menkin who is apparently her uncles assistant or something.

Her cousin Harry would be coming back from England that weekend. Her mother and stepfather encouraged her to go and meet him and her uncle since one day she would be running a company with him.

Around 12:00 the next day a black limo was waiting for her outside her building.

As she climbed into the backseat her stomach started doing flips and she felt almost as sick as the day she found out she would run the company. It terrified her to be meeting her uncle for the first time.

The limo pulled in front of the most fancy looking building in all of New York where she figured her uncle lives. Menkin held the door open for the blonde as she nervously stepped into the lobby and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. She had gotten rid of her bangs a few months prior.

"This way." Menkin demanded pointing her to an elevator. She quickly scurried off to the elevator noting that Menkin did not seem like a very nice man.

Once the elevator reached the very top floor she was directed to a large room that was dark and would've been pitch black if it hadn't had been for the small amount of light streaming through the translucent black curtains. Menkin pointed to a chair next to the large bed before leaving the room.

She sat down on the uncomfortable wooden chair as silently as she could.

"Aleena?" The sickly man asked looking over at the teen.

"Yeah... Hi." She said awkwardly. "It's nice to meet you."

"Oh the pleasure is all mine." Norman responded, shakily lifting himself into a sitting position so he could see her better. Aleena couldn't help but notice his skin looked like scales and his nails looked like claws making her shift uncomfortably in her seat. "Wow, has anyone ever told you that you look just like your father?"

"My mom says that a lot but everyone else tells me I look like her."

"Hmm... I remember your mother. She still a lawyer?"

"Yes sir."

"None of that sir crap. Call me uncle Norman!"

"Alright uncle Norman. It's nice to finally meet you, my mom only told me who my father is a few months ago so I'm sorry we couldn't meet sooner."

"Oh that's alright. I'm just glad to meet you before I die, Its bound to happen any day now."

"I-I'm sorry."

"No don't be sorry I've grown to accept it, I'm more worried about my company when my son takes over."

"I'm sure Harry will do great."

After the conversation with her uncle she was driven to Oscorp tower and given a special tour.

After the tour she was told she could wander freely and decided to go to the floor that Gwen worked on.

"Hold the elevator!" She called when the doors started to close. Two separate hands stuck out and held the elevator for her. "Thank you."

"Aleena? What are you doing here?" Gwen questioned when she saw the other blonde.

"Oh I wanted to visit you." She explained before seeing the other person in the elevator. An older man with a bad comb over. "Hi, I'm Aleena."

"Max Dillon." He replied holding out his hand and shaking her hand.

"Nice to meet you."

"Is it your birthday?" Gwen asked motioning to the flyers in his hand.

"Oh yeah! Uh a friend of mine made this flyer. I'm having a birthday party in a big club...lots of celebrities." He tried to convince the two girls.
