A FEW DAYS HAD PASSED AND QUINN HAD NOT LEFT HER ROOM. in all honesty, quinn had missed britain, more specifically george and the boys. lola had taken quick notice to it, afraid her roommate and best friend wouldn't leave her room ever again.
quinn heard a few light knocks against her bedroom door. "lola, i'm trying to sleep." the girl shouted a bit, but that didn't stop the door from opening.
"lo, seriously-" quinn spoke, but was soon cut off by the sight of clay standing in her doorway. she quickly got off her bed, running into the much taller man's arms. "i missed you a lot." she said with her head pressed against his chest. "i missed you more."
the pair spent lots of hours sitting in quinn's room talking about her trip and what had happened. more specifically, they were talking about george.
"you really miss him, don't you?" clay said, looking at the girl who was digging through a bag of chips. "yeah, i do, but i don't even know what we are at this point." she rolled her eyes. "well, he obviously likes you." clay spoke. "what if he's just- using me." she shrugged, stuffing a bunch of chips in her mouth. "he really likes you, q."
"you don't know that." she scoffed, chuckling at his words. "he loves you, you know that, i know that, even sapnap knows that. he's in love with you, quinn, don't worry." clay assured her, making her slightly blush. "really?"
"yes really," clay let out a chuckle. "and if he breaks your heart again, i'll beat him up." he said before throwing his fists in the air, earning a laugh from the girl. "c'mon, get dressed, we're going out with lo."
