Chapter Eight:

"Kim Y/N right?" Jimin asked.
"Yeah, need something?"
"I was wondering if you'd like to hang out with me for lunch."
I raise an eyebrow and look over at Felix.
"Can Felix come with us?"
"Wait- What?!" Felix shouted.
Jimin smiled, "please be our guests."
"Come on Felix, free lunch!" I hold his hand and get up, following Jimin to the cafeteria.
"So, are you the one and only daughter of CEO Kim Joohun?"
"Yeah, what about it?"
Felix just chokes on his spit.
"Y-your father is THE Kim Joohun?!"
"Yeah?"
"I feel so little now."
"It's okay Felix, I believe you'll become a successful AH-"
I bump into someone, making me let go of Felix's hand. I look at who it is and it's my brother, Kim Seokjin. Just wonderful.
"Wishing others success and you can't even wish it towards your brother?" He raises an eyebrow.
I sigh, "you've got this Jinnie! You're café will do absolutely amazing!" I smile.
He smiles and ruffles my hair, walking away happy. I roll my eyes.
"Let's go." Jimin says, headed to the cafeteria again.
"It's okay Felix, just think of me as an ordinary person alright?" I smile.
"But-"
"No buts! Let's get going!"

"I should have just listened to you." I sigh heavily.
"Do you not like the food? In my opinion it's great!" Felix smiled brightly.
"We can order you something else." Jungkook offered.
"No, no. It's fine... anyways, how did you two meet?" I wondered.
"We met in our first year of middle school. We saw each other in the library and one thing led to another so here we are." Sana laughed.
I laughed with her, fake laughed shall I say.
"What about you Y/N? Seokjin and Taehyung are all over the media but there's nothing about you."
"That? I personally am not a fan of attention and so I refrain myself from being involved in scandals and being known as Kim Joohun's daughter." I smile.
"Yet you do things that want attention..." Jungkook said under his breath.
"What? I couldn't hear you quite well babe."
"Yeah, mind repeating that?" I glare.
"Yet you would fit right in the industry. You should think about it Y/N."
"No thanks."
"Do you have a boyfriend Y/N?" Felix asked.
"I was just gonna ask that." Jimin commented.
"Indeed, I do."
"Does he study here?" Sana wondered.
"No, he actually isn't going to go to university."
"Oh, why's that?"
"He has his reasons."
"Very reserved, I like that." Jimin smiles.
"Okay? Anyways, what are your future plans?"
"I'll continue my modeling and acting career. Maybe I should start singing, to win your heart." Jimin winks.
"Don't even try it Jimin. My heart already belongs to someone."
"Let's see for how long." He chuckles.
"How do you know she'll fall for you? What if..."
Jungkook paused and looked over at me, "What if she falls for me?"
I was taken by surprise because of his confidence and the fact his girlfriend was literally sitting right besides him.

~ Jungkook P.O.V ~
Seeing her getting along with Jimin so quickly made me feel upset for some odd reason. I never meant to say that it just slipped out of my mouth!
"Babe, is everything okay? You've never spoken that way before and sincerely it makes me feel... insecure." Sana looked down.
"No, babe, it's nothing. I said it because you know every girl falls for Jimin and i but out of the two of us I'm the most enchanting. So that's why I said it, it was in a joking way."
"Are you sure?"
"I'm positive. Besides, no one can compare to my Sana." I pulled her close.
She giggles, "I love you Kookie."
"I love you too, babe."
At least... I wanted to believe I still do.
"Please stay away from Y/N. She isn't a bad person, but I'm scared about the kinds of influences she can cause on you."
"Sana, I thought-"
"Please kookie..." she pouted.
"Okay, I will... stay away from Y/N."
"Thank you babe! It makes me feel much more at ease."
She hugs me tightly and I hug her back, patting her hair.

~ Y/N P.O.V ~
Kai takes a deep breath in and a deep breath out, "if I ever see Park Jimin.... I WILL MAKE SURE HE LEARNS HOW TO RESPECT THE WOMAN OF ANOTHER MAN!" He shouted.
I pat his back, trying to calm him down, "it's okay, bear. I promise my eyes are on you and you only. He doesn't stand a chance anyways. A bad girl with a good boy? Gross."
"I guess I have to pick you up more often."
"Don't be jealous, no one is stealing me from you." I chuckle.
"Yeah, no one can." He slightly laughs.
He gets quiet and seems to have something bothering him.
"Is everything okay, bear?"
"Yeah, but... I know this is random but don't you just miss Jennie's presence sometimes? It's been three weeks since she left and it's so weird not having her here."
"I get that feeling too. We should visit her soon, don't you think?"
"Nah, she's probably happier wherever she is."
"Yeah..."
I knew deep down, he didn't just say it because he misses seeing her with the rest of us. He said it because he's realizing he loves her and not me...
