Authors note: Please read ! some of it is crucial for better understanding of the story.
Meaning behind the flowers that will be mentioned in this story:
Daisy: This flower symbolizes innocence and purity. They can grow all year round but they only bloom during the day, their petals close up during the night. They symbolize the sun, they're highly connected to the energy of the sun.
Red daisy: "Beauty that the person receiving this flower may not recognize." This flower can also symbolize romance and love but for the sake of the story we're going to focus a more on the first meaning.
Orange daisy: Happiness, joy, friendship, and warmth
White carnation: Purity and luck
Gardenia: Purity, sweetness, joy, and secret love
Possible trigger warnings : Mention of insecurities, slight mentions of alcohol.
Disclaimer: furudate owns the haikyuu characters, and well, you own yourself
When the texts are italic it means it's a flashback
I won't really mention anything about the haikyuu plot, so different games, training camps won't be mentioned.
Also I don't know how to use those little text break icons so the text breaks on this story are going to be pretty boring. If anyone can tell me how to download them or where to download them from let me know, please & thank you
This story is mostly going to revolve around the symbolism behind flowers. I'm not the best writer so I might not be able to execute the idea in my head very well but I still hope you guys enjoy it ! <3
