Simple Days

Beam's POV

"Did you know that the dolphins sleep with their eyes open?" Forth speaks.

"I did" I reply trying to focus on my books.

"People say that there is a whole undiscovered kingdom in the oceans." He states and adds, "Who knows what animals live there?"

"You know maybe they have a king. How about blue whale or great white shark? Big creatures ruling underwater kingdom." He adds further.

I sigh trying to study.
I have a test in two days and I want to score good.
Forth isn't exactly helping.

"Beam we should go snorkeling someday. Won't that be fun?"

"Beam maybe we can go to a cruise?"

"Beam do you think eating seafood is bad? I mean we kill animals."

"But, Beam I like fish. They taste good."

"Beam should we order seafood."

"I mean you declined my request of going out so we have to get takeouts. Don't you think Beam."

"By the way Beam, do you know where this word takeout was introduced first?"

"Beam maybe we could make up a word and it can become a trend."

"I mean takeout is really amazing for people like me who can't go out because of reasons. Don't you think Beam?"

"FORTH!" I shout turning towards him.

He simply smirks and says, "Don't you think Forth name suits me. I think Beam name suits you well. I mean names should suit people or they just...."

"I WILL GO ON THE DATE WITH YOU. IDIOT!" I shout cutting short his rambling while glaring at him.

Bloody hell!
This fucker asked me to go on a date with him tonight.
I refused because as I said I have a test coming up.
But, he won't stop bothering me so I started ignoring him.

Idiot! Stupid!
He literally has been blabbering for past half an hour about ducks and gardens and oceans and fishes and what not!!!!!!

So fucking annoying!

Forth's POV

I can't help but grin wider.
He is still glaring at me, but I can deal with it later.
He agreed to go out!!

I quickly pull him from his seat and push him towards the wardrobe.

"What The Fuck!!!!!" He exclaims as I rush to get changed myself.

We quickly get ready and he still won't stop glaring at me.
But, I will deal with that later.

We pull up to his favorite restaurant and I drag him in.
He is damn angry.

As soon as I open the door to the private area we hear loud clapping and people singing happy birthday song.
Correct timing!!!!

I get inside and turn around towards Beam.
He looks dumbfounded.

Yeah Baby! I was waiting for that look.
I simply smile looking at him.

I hold his hand and walk him towards the center. Pha and Kit bring the cake.
Beam doesn't say a word.
He simply cuts the cake amidst all the cheering then turns towards me to hug me tightly.

I sigh in relief and pull him closer as I  whisper, "Happy Birthday Baby!"

He pulls back and smiles brightly at me.
Gosh! I love that smile.

We hang out and celebrate with our friends for a while then go back home.

As soon as we get in his dorm, he slams me on the wall and kisses me passionately.
My lips lift slightly in smile before I pull him flushed against me and kiss back hard.

"I forgot it was my birthday." He whispers pulling back.

"I know baby. I know." I state smilingly as I put my forehead on his.

"I thought you were just being annoying brat that you are." He says teasingly.

"Well I am your annoying brat. Not gonna refute." I grin.

We look into each others eyes for a moment and start laughing before kissing each other again.

Simple days with him.....
This is a good life.

I had this plot suddenly pop up in my mind.
I guess it has something to do with my own birthday today.
I don't really like big celebration.
A big dinner with close ones and rest being normal is my kind of birthday.
Simple days......
