Chapter-19 I Ain't Gonna Propose Hana

It was a fine Sunday morning. I woke up late and when I got ready got down to our living room, I was fascinated. The room was finely ornated, I thought for a moment that I was in a fictitious world. Nikki asked me, "how's the decoration? Is it good?" I gave her a stern look and asked her," is there any doubt?" I smiled and began again," it's wonderful Nikki. I was amazed for a moment." Nikki asked," have you invited Hana as I told you?" I replied, "no, I forgot to invite everyone."

I quickly rushed to my room and started inviting Hana, Sam, John. They all said that they'd be there sharp at noon. When I was calling Veronica but she wasn't answering. I texted her do you want to know what conversation we had yesterday? If so, please do come to my home to attend a party which I'm hosting today.
Nikki came up to my room and asked, " so let me pick clothes for you. My sweetie will look elegant in these clothes." She pointed towards a box and asked to wear the clothes inside. When I opened it I saw a nice suit and found a nice ring.

I wore it quickly, got ready, and glanced myself in the mirror. I was looking good. I hoped that Hana would, 'say yes'. The bell rang and rushed to open the door. They all were here except Veronica. I was upset because she didn't come. I asked myself, "should I propose Hana without Veronica's presence?" It was 11:45 and Veronica still didn't show up.

Finally, I decided to tell Nikki that I'm not gonna propose Hana if Veronica does not attend the party. When I was going to declare about it to Nikki but the bell rang. I could feel it, it's Veronica, she's attending the party. I was delighted, I ran towards the door opened it but it was Harry, I was unhappy. Harry came in and sat on the couch. The bell again rang but when I opened the door it was Veronica!

My face bloomed with happiness. I was too happy to see her but it didn't seem the same with her. She gave me an annoyed look and entered. My mood again switched blue. Nikki said, "so let's start the party!!" We danced like never before. When the time was 13 hours 9 minutes and 47 seconds my favourite song started playing. I got ready as planned by Nikki. When it was 13 hours and 13 minutes, I knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring and lip-synced the lyrics. Everybody was amazed. It was at the perfect timing! I was too happy and when the song ended, I asked Hana her answer....
