First thing.
Is this book platonic? YES. This is 100% platonic, as I don't like shipping two people romantically without their explicit consent. This is PURE bromance.
Is this actually Tubbo and Tommy? NO. This is an AU, Alternate Universe, where Tubbo and Tommy are THEIR CHARACTERS in the story of L'manberg, Tommy is actually related to Wil and Techno, and there is no stream. It's them, the world, and they are ALL adults.
Years span between events. This is a creative interpretation of the L'manberg story.
