Ok hi enjoy lol.

Your POV -.-

You slammed your head on your desk, sighing in annoyance.

"What the FUCK is this." You said, voice barely audible. You were stuck on a history problem, like usual. School was just shit. After your "incident" with the dicks at school your teachers had all been hard on you. Much to their surprise, you always got things in on time and got pretty good grades. But that didn't mean they stopped pushing you. They gave you extra homework, and by now they didn't even hate you, hell no, it was the other way around. They thought you were the perfect student and were putting all the work on you, giving you extra projects, expecting you to do everything perfectly. And then whenever you were placed in a group your classmates would do nothing and you would have to do everything.

It fucking sucked.

Now here you were, instead of your nights that used to be filled with joy and the feeling of being free, now filled with schoolwork and other shit that you had to put up with. You just didn't get a break. And to add all onto it you had trauma and a bunch of kids bullied you.

You pushed your seat backwards, and stood up slamming your computer shut. You unplugged your headphones, got your phone out, and walked over to the window. You put on some music, the first playlist you had, and started listening to it unlatching the window and go outside.

You had explored the roof over the past few months you had been in this house, having explored everything much slower than you usually did, probably because you actually felt... safe in this house.

Even though there wasn't much to explore, you had figured out the most safe places and the least safe places. You didn't really care if the places were safe or not, you would lay down on them or sit on them without a second thought. So, you walked up onto the higher part of the roof, walking up to the top and sitting on it. You could see over some trees, and it was peaceful. Just sitting there, thinking, procrastinating, living life.

Sometimes you wondered about your brother, sometimes you wondered about what would happen after death, sometimes you wondered if life was just a lie. If everything was just a piece of string hanging out of your sweatshirt, waiting to be pulled on. If your brother was just a king of lies, or if he was a joker of actual truth. If life was just some sort of cheap trick, if death was some sort of harsh truth.

The answers to the many questions you had were far, far away. Or, they were just right next to your finger-tips, but something was pulling you back, making grabbing them seem impossible.

You wanted a break from life. A break. You hadn't had a night like this for so long... it was nice. It was refreshing, having a breath of air that wasn't polluted with the worries of life.

You let your back fall from leaning on air to laying on the roof tiles that were plaited across the roof like dragon scales. This life... it was interesting. Finally having a place to be able to survive... without worrying. You had had this life once before, but you had run away from it, taking what you thought was a selfless act. But you could tell when you checked up on the family a few weeks later that it only brought pain. They thought that they had done something wrong, but no matter how much you wanted to walk back in, you knew you couldn't. It wouldn't be fair, it wouldn't be fair somehow.
