Y/n's POV:
Before I left the map into one of my trunks inside my room, that I tried to memorize all night, I saw Hermione walking away from Harry and Ron. From the speed of her name leaving the two, it seems like it wasn't a simple parting of ways.
"Hello," I asked one of the first years. "Do you have any idea of Hermione's whereabouts? Or any of you?" I continued as I jump my gaze from one to another.
"She's in the girl's bathroom. I asked her what's wrong but she won't answer and come out. I think she's crying." one of the girls, I reckon was named Parvati. I nodded and mouthed 'thanks' as I walked towards the girl's bathroom.
When I got there I could hear someone sniffling. I walked closer to pinpoint where she's in. I could really use the map but I know the twins will be eyeing for me. When I found out what stall she was in I knock on it twice.
"Hermione? It's Y/n." I said but I didn't get any response. I decided to close the entrance door and lock it. I went back in front of the third stall she's in. I squatted down and dusted off the floor with the hems of my robe. "I'll be here. No one will bother you."
I leaned on the door and stared at the ceiling. "Am I a know-it-all?" she asked.
"Aren't you?" she didn't respond. "Don't you think it's better to know... it all?" I chuckled, "Harry and I have no idea about ourselves, and we've been living our lives for quite some time." I straightened my back and turned towards the door.
"But aren't you irritated? Even professor Snape gets frustrated with me." she said, sniffling.
"Not at all. I'm quite amaze." I replied. I turned to the sink that had the faucet slightly twisted. I love the sound of water.
"You're not pretending?" she asked again.
"Of course not." I began playing with my robe.
"Ron mocked me for being able to cast a spell. He said that's why I don't have any friends." I sighed, what a disappointment you are Ronald Weasley.
"Don't you?"
"I don't think so." I gasped. "What? Did I do something wrong?" she asked. I chuckled.
"I think, you knowing it all is something great, Hermione. You'll be knowing things people are ignorant to. And that's where you'll get the fun out of it." I said as I stood up and dusted off my skirt and robe. "As for friends, consider me one. As for Ron, ignore him. He's just jealous that he cannot do something he's been exposed to his whole life." I washed my hands on the sink.
"I'll be going to the great hall. I expect to see you there in a couple or two." I said then left her to freshen up a bit and leave her some privacy.

"Where is it?" George asked for the nth time. The moment I entered the great hall they did not stop pestering me like some flies.
"Why didn't you tell us you have four souls." Fred added as he elongated the 's' at the end of souls. Like the usual, I ignored them.
"Where's Hermione?" Harry asked. Neville turned to him from his right.
"Parvati Patel said that she wouldn't come out of the girl's bathroom." he paused, "She said that she's been in there, all afternoon, crying." he said as he went back to his own matters.
