Raising Narcissa Lily Malfoy

Chapter Twenty-One

"I thought you wasn't suppose to be here until Dinner?" Lucius said, sitting on the couch. "Hermione wants to spend some time with the baby before she goes back to school. We'll be back before dinner." Harry said. "She's in the crib, diaper. She got real sweaty again." Lucius replied. "Thanks." Harry replied and walk into the half nursery and the bedroom they used when they spend the night. The room was very hot as he walked over to the crib. "Now, why do you have it a million degrees in here little girl?" Harry laughed and got a goffy smile form the almost three year old girl who he picked up and held close. She was able to hold her head up and was almost always very wiggly when people held her. "Come. Your auntie wants to spend some time with you before she goes back to school." Harry said and Grabbed the car sit after throwing the diaper bag inside the car sit.

"How so I put this in the car?" Ron said, grabbing a light hold on the car sit. "The hooks on the bottom will lock onto the base." Harry said, before opening the front door of the car where Hermione said. "Shouldn't she be-" Hermione started. "She's to hot at the moment. I don't know if her being in her car sit is such a good ideal. She can hold her head up, just hold her against you." Harry said, as Hermione slowly took the baby. "Alright." Hermione said, holding the little almost three month old against her.
"What is there really to do in town?" Hermione as once they were on the road again. "There's an arcade and a movie place? A lot of different places to eat. Pretty quiet town really." Harry said. "The arcade might be fun, can't say I really get into those games often though." Hermione said. "I'm sure there a game or two I might like." Hermione smiled lightly, listening to the noises Nass gave of. "Somebody is a noise one." Hermione smiled lightly. "Yes, she is. We have gotten used to her noises though. Jessica thinks she needs glasses." Harry said. "Oh, she does. I must not have told you! When she was changing Draco's eyes and vision, it was hers. The glasses Draco need should be the right prescription she'll need." Hermione said. "Jessica is going to want to pick your brain if you don't mind stopping by before you leave." Harry said. "Extra room?" Ron said form the back. "Er, Yeah. However-" Harry started. "Harry." Ron said. "I can...set up the living room." Harry said, before pulling into the parking lot.

Narcissa laid asleep in her car sit, that was set up on a table close to Ron who sat reading some book, yes a book because his understanding of these muggle games were not there. Hermione and Harry were off playing one of those games after Narcissa feel asleep after a bottle. He still wasn't at all sure what to think about this whole idea, Harry and Draco...and their baby, but what choice did he really have? Non. He wouldn't loose Hermione and rather not loose a friend.
Narcissa started making a couple of yawns and he pulled off the blanket. "You didn't sleep long did you." He said and she yawned again, stretching out her legs. "Hey guys, what do I do with the baby who is now awake?" Ron asked and Harry came over. "She might go back to asleep. I think the noise wake her up or she'll want out. We're grabbing lunch soon anyway." Harry said. "It's fine, Harry. Just...make one of those bottle things again." Ron said as Harry removed her form the car sit. "You hungry? Or just want to see the world?" Harry kind of laughed to get a giggle. "She shouldn't be hungry, but I'll make a bottle." Harry said, easing her to Ron who sat her up against him. "Thanks." Ron said after a moment.
Ron got looked up at by her very bright green eyes. "I guess...you are cute." He kind of smiled lightly listening to her noises as Harry and Hermione finished their round of video games.
They decided not to stop for lunch as it was nearly dark where they had ended up spending hours at the arcade and Draco had already texted Harry that dinner was being started soon.  "I can take you guys home." Harry said. "No, it's fine." Ron said as Harry turned off the car. "Alright." Harry said, slowly getting out of the car and grabbed the car sit with the very noisy little girl inside. "Somebody is not wanting to go to sleep." Harry somewhat laughed.

Dinner went overall well, a bit uncomfortable at the start, but the talking form the two young boys opened the rest of them to talk about this or that, nonsense really over the Summer nearly coming to an end. The subject a school did cause Narcissa to ask the boys what they planned on doing. "I...already done some...paperwork for my job so it looks like I finished the public school here." Harry said. "Seems like cheating, it's that office job?" Narcissa asked. "Yeah. Seventeen though so he can only work me so much and there's only so much I'm allowed to do." Harry said. "There still laws in place for minors Harry, rather you have the help of a wand or not." Jessica said. "I'm aware. Not as fun though." Harry joked. "You'll be fine." Jessica said.
After dinner, Harry grabbed a bottle of vodka form her cabinet and the four sit outside. "The baby?" Hermione asked. "Mum's got her." Draco said. "So, we pretty hurry about Jessica founds out." Harry laughed. "She'll find out the second we go inside the house again." Draco said. "By then, it'll be to late." Harry said and poured the shot glasses. "Happy Birthday, Harry." The other three said, before they started drinking their shots.
