Draco sat Nass down on Harry's lap, who locked onto his finger. She was still red eyed, and got a kiss on her cheek. "Hush baby. Pappy is going to be okay." Draco said. "Tell me, what happened." Jessica said. "I told you." Harry said. "Why is it my son has no memory of today?" Jessica asked. "It's...best Jess, please." Narcissa said form the corner of the room, hiding the vomit bag. "Nass." Jessica said, making her way over to Narcissa. "It's nothing." Narcissa whispered. "The blood smell is overwhelming her, Jess. She could use a check up before we get out of here." Lucius said and Narcissa let out a sigh.

"What haven't you told me, Nass?" Jessica ask on the walk to her room she seen patients in. "I'm...pregnant...and Lucius just wants a time line I think." Narcissa whispered. "Why didn't you tell me?" Jessica asked. "Because...I'm...not quiet ready to be on my own." She whispered. "Nass, Why on earth would I kick you out? You can just...add another room, right?" Jessica asked. "Yeah, I just try not to use magic...But that's rather simple." Narcissa said. "Then do so. The boys love you, and your hubby and son make wonderful sitter." Jessica laughed. "Lucius...does love these kids." Narcissa said, kind of quite. "Not always that way? I seen...a lot of discomfort between the young couple when they came by." Jessica said, as Narcissa climbed up on the bed. "Lucius...wasn't a good person...or father before the...attack happened ... A lot of his memories are gone...a lot of his magic... Some he has also choose to changed once he seen what his own kind done to him." She whispered, as Jessica pulled over the objects for the sonogram. "Yes, there was a lot of damage done to him. However, a lot of it does appear time will heal and he is taking well to the medication to help the other problems." Jessica smiled lightly. "And I thank you, very much for that." Narcissa smiled.

Narcissa stood holding the sonogram. "What...am I looking at, what does A B mean?" Narcissa asked. "Twins, very healthy. Due May Fifth." Jessica smiled lightly. "Twins...Are you sure?" Narcissa whispered. "I am. Relax Nass. The girls will have not only Nass to play with, but others as well. Glad, because the boys are so much older then them." She smiled and after a moment, Narcissa smiled too.

--December 9th--

Jessica due date was in eight days, and Draco, Harry and little, now seven month old, Nass had been staying with them, so they could be on baby watch. Two twin girls could come at any moment and Jessica was one of the worst patients ever. They wasn't too sure how they was going to get the stubborn doctor to go to the hospital when it come times for those girls two be born, well...Magic if it came to that. Hopefully, not.
"Mommy!" James smiled climbing on the bed. "Hi baby, how was school?" Jessica asked. "Good, babies?" He asked. "Not yet, sweetheart. Go play if you don't have homework. You'll know when the babies come." She smiled lightly, giving his head a big kiss and he hurried out the room.

"Hello, Jessica." Said one of her co-workers at the door. "She didn't." Jessica whine. "Your sister only cares. How come we didn't know about her?" Said her co-workers, setting her bag on the table. "She's...my half sister, a few years younger...I didn't know about her until she found me." Jessica said. "I'm glad. Somebody needed to run off Frank." She whispered, laying out her objects. "He...is still their father...I know you don't understand..." Jessica whispered. "Jessica, I only want you and the children safe. You know we all care very much about you and you are one of our best doctors. We do care very much about you." She said. "I know...and I thank you...Very well...Do your check up." Jessica said.

The doctor closed her bedroom door and come down the stairs. "Yes, Very soon. She's nearly six centimeters. You...most likely won't make it to the hospital before the first twin is born. Something you should know is, both boys were home births. I can live you some notes?" She said. "We...can handle it if it comes to that. However, twins seems like a lot to try and push a home birth." Harry said. "She's healthy, the twins are health and both facing the correct way. I believe she is as safe as you can be, call me. I'll get here as fast as I can, but the delivery is most likely on you guys." She replied. "Thank you, for stopping by." Harry said. "No problem. I would really like to get to know the new sister?" She asked. 'I'll have Narcissa call you once things settle down and after the Holiday season." Harry smiled lightly. "Thank you, Mr. Potter." She smiled and Harry shown her out.

"We can't possibly-" Narcissa started. "Look, Jessica doesn't want to have them at the hospital! We really can't make her. She can literally walk you through how to deliver those girls. She's done it twice before, Narcissa. Maybe...She's worried He'll find her." Harry said. "He'll be lost for some time, I made sure of that." Narcissa said, but sigh. "Very well. I...do only want her safe and happy, so...What do you know, Harry?" Narcissa asked and After Harry's short knowledge of how to deliver the babies were told, and a bit of reading form a book, all that was left was to wait.
The waiting wasn't long when a trip down the hallway for a snack, broke her water and the contractions come very quickly! A lot of screaming, pushing and a mildly freak out Narcissa later, laid two very healthy little girls in the cot by Jessica.
