Hinatid namin si Christie sa kanyang kotse. Christie hugged Gio first then me.

"Thank you for tonight, guys. Be safe going home." aniya nang matapos niya kaming yakapin.

"Mag-ingat ka rin, Chris. Uuwi kami para makapagpalit, kikitain pa namin ang mga kaibigan ni Gio."

"Oh? Then I should go now, natagalan pa ata kayo dahil sa mga kwento ko?" Then she chuckled.

"No, Chris. It's okay, I actually enjoyed tonight. And I'm the one who invited you. I'm really glad you accepted it." ani Gio.

"I'm glad too, Gio. When's your vacation by the way and how long?" aniya.

"Next week, Chris. And that's for a week. Tomorrow we'll be visiting Mom and Dad first then we'll proceed to our itinerary." Sagot ko.

"Hmm, then enjoy your vacation, lovebirds."

"We will. Thank you, Christie." ani Gio.

"I wanna see you again, Gio. Iyong wala si Colin para walang panggulo!" aniya na tinawanan namin.

"Yeah that's alright. I can't even relate to your topic," I said. "But Chris, no influence, please." I teased her.

"I'm not a bad influence, 'no! I'm more fun than you for your information."

Gio laughed at that. "I'm sure Chris isn't a bad influence, she's so classy."

Chris shrugged. "See? Gio has a taste." She didn't even let me speak because she immediately changed the subject. "We have each other's phone number. We can set it anytime but of course, after your vacation." She said to Gio.

Gio chuckled. "Yeah, alright."

"Alright. Well, good bye, guys. Take good care of Giovanna, Colin."

"Bye, Chris. Take care. And you don't have to worry about it."

Chris only smirked. I looked at Gio and smiled at her. Chris opened her car's door and slipped in.

We moved away from her car after she closed her door so she can properly turn it. She horned once before driving away.

"I had fun talking to Christie," she said as we are heading to our car. "At magaan ang pakiramdam at komportable agad ako sa kanya."

I held her hand. "I'm glad you did."

"And the part I would never forget..." "For you, Mrs. Ordoveza."

She smiled.
"You really didn't have to do this every night, Colin," she said as she get it to my hand. "But, thank you."

"I know you don't like sweet gestures but please, let me."

"It's not like that. T-This is an exception," lumiit ang kanyang boses, napangiti ako. "But this is too much effort and–"

"Believe me, this isn't even half of the efforts I'm thinking about. This is what I like, Gio. I want to make an effort, for me this isn't too much. I wanna do more."

I smirked when she didn't speak and just drove the car back to our home. Her smile is enough.

She's wearing her usual attire, like the one I'm seeing in her facebook posts but a different variant of it. It's too sexy, but it's her choice.
