Summary: blue had enough of the council blind judgement towards the bad guys. So he decided leave the council and start his own group a naturals that would listens to both sides. Some sanses that have been berated or judge by the council joined the natural group. This group would only interfere if the balance is at stake which is a lot due to the council.
