Lunchtime. I sit alone, as always, but I don't care to be honest. I'm not good with people anyway. I can't stop thinking about the new guy. Victor. A nice name. Maybe his nickname is Vic? Suddenly, someone sits down next to me. I'm confused. Oh my god, it's him.

I look at him. "Uh..hey.", I say. He doesn't answer, but he smiles at me. I can't think of anything to say so I just say: "So... Where do you live?" He swallows his food. "Just um.. A few minutes from here. I can walk. Not sure what the roads name is... I just moved in here four days ago."

"Cool", I say, "I can walk to school too. Well, usually I skate...same difference I guess." He nods. Holy shit he is adorable. 'Stop this Kellin!', says a voice in my head. It is right. I need to stop. So I'll just eat. After lunch we walk to math class together. Although it's summer, Victor is wearing a Jacket.
Mmh. Strange. But oh well.
Math is boring as hell.

I wake up as the bell rings. Oops. I've been sleeping all the time. I get up and look at my schedule. P.E. Ugh. In P.E., when everyone gets changed, Victor seems really uncomfortable. He doesn't really seem to wanna take his jacket off. He's looking for something in his backpack. I get changed.

Everyone leaves the cabin but he still won't take his jacket off. I decide to wait for him. "Hey man, it's okay. I won't look at you", I say, grinning and turning away from him. He gets changed but puts his jacket back on.

After P.E., I wait for him again, but don't look at him not to make him feel uncomfortable. He doesn't get changed. Oh well. I leave the gym and walk toward my locker. Victor following me. 'Maybe he wants to go home with you?', I asked myself. Pfft, nah. Him! With you?! No, Kellin. Forget that.

As I take my skateboard out of my locker, I hear Victors voice behind my back: "Do you.. Umm.. I... I mean... Do you wanna g... Like go home with me? I mean... We could walk together..." His face turns red and he bites his lip.
'Holy fuck, it looks so cute.', I think. I smile at him. "Yes, sure", I answer. I don't like the awkward silence as we walk Down the hallway. "So.. Do you have a nickname or something?", I ask.. He nods. "Some people call me Vic."

'Vic sounds cute.', I think.
"How 'bout you?", he asks.
"Not really. Everyone just calls me Kellin.", I say.

I'm skating and he's walking next to me.
"Can you skate?", I ask him.
"I always try. My brother can, but I'm not really good at it."

My chance. "Maybe... You wanna go... Uh.. Skating later today? I can help you. I bet you could be amazing.",
He smiles. And this time it's a real bright smile. It makes me happy, for a strange reason. "Yes!", he smiles.
"Cool. I'll text y- oh...", I start a sentence. I don't even have his number.
"I can give you my number", he says.
I smile.
"Can I.. Can I write it on your arm?"
"Yea, sure."
He gets out a pen and writes a number onto my arm.

As he gets to his house I stop.
"Bye", he says and opens the door to his house. I smile and skate home.
