Chapter 1; Same secrets

*3 weeks after they fought Pennywise*

*beep* beep* beep*
"ugh shut up" Richie moaned, he aggressively slaps his alarm clock that read '7:15 am'.It was Saturday and he forgot to turn off his alarm. Infuriated, Richie knew he wouldn't be able to fall back asleep so he picked up his glasses and put them on. Reluctantly he glanced over to his window where the sun was beaming in his cleaned room that Eddie (the night before) had cleaned for him because he couldn't take the messiness.

"How could I be that dumb to forget to turn off my alarm?" Richie whispered quietly to himself trying not to wake the beautiful boy laying next to him. "Eddie?" A quiet yet annoyed voice replies "what Rich? Its like 7 in the morning" "actually Eddie Spaghetti it's 7:20" he said with a sassy tone. "Don't call me that, you know I hate that name" he says with annoyance in his voice.

Richies POV

"I know he hates when I call him that but I couldn't resist not seeing his face getting all cute and scrunched up when I call him Eddie spaghetti, but I wouldn't dare say that out loud, it's true I was in love with my best friend, Eddie, I would never tell him though"

The thought of losing Eddie over a crush on him, was Richies worst nightmare.

"Oh shut up Eddie spaghetti, don't get mad YOU were the one who called ME in the middle of the night because you and your mom got into an argument about your grades remember?" It's true Eddie had gotten into an argument with his mother but not for the reason he told Richie, the reason being he came out to his mom and said he was undeniably in love with Richie Tozier. Of course he would never tell Richie in risk of losing him.

"Shut up Rich, I'm sorry for calling you so late I just.." he trails off "you just what?" Richie says, "I just didn't wanna be around her anymore she's driving me crazy" Eddie sits up and scoots closer to Richie " She drives me crazy to" Richie replied with a smirk on his face " Ew that's fricken disgusting" "Sorry Ed's, I just couldn't resist" he says giggling to himself

"His giggle is the cutest thing I've ever herd" Eddie thought quietly to himself. He could feel him self getting hot as his face flushed with red to his cheeks. "So Eddie spaghetti what are we gonna do today?" Richie says breaking the silence. "First of all stop calling me that, second why do I always come up with what we do can't you think of something for once Chee?"

"Chee?" Richie asked with a slight tint of pink in his cheeks." Oh uhm that's just a nickname I came up with last night when I couldn't fall asleep.." he looks away embarrassed "Sorry I didn't mean to actually say it."
"No I like it.. not like, I love it, it's cute" Richie couldn't be anymore happy with the thought of Eddie thinking about him all last night. "Oh ok" Eddie says barely making those words out of his mouth because he was a blushing mess.

" Richie. Fucking. Tozier. Called me cute?!" Eddie thought to himself " where's my inhaler I'm gonna have a stroke" he thought more and more about Richie calling him cute until finally Richie interrupted his thought by suggesting they invite the Losers to go down to the quarry later considering it was gonna get very, very hot that day.

*two hours pass*

Richie got up walked down stairs with Eddie right behind him, Richie dials Bills number but Stanley answers. "Hello b-b-bill" Richie mocks bills stutter
"That's mean Richie" Stanley said
"Stanley?..Oh am I interrupting something?
"What eww it's 9 o'clock why would bill and I be having sex at 9 in the morning?" Stanley said all flustered
"That's not what I meant Stan the man"
"Ohh.." Stanley said embrassed
"Hey you said it not me" Richie said giggling to himself
"What? What'd he say?" Eddie whispered yelled.
"I'll tell you after" Richie says covering the speaker part of the phone.
"So Stan the man wanna go to the quarry later? Around 12?" Richie said happily
"Ohh.. bill and I had a double date planned with Ben and Beverly". Stanley said hesitantly
"Oh it's ok Stan the man have fun tossing each other salads" Richie said with a snarky tone
"Your disgusting, bye trash mouth Tozier" Stanley says annoyed
"Bye Stan the man, oh tell your lover bo-" Richie gets cut off by the dial tone ringing
"Stanley just hung up on me" Richie said in shock
"Wouldn't be the first" Eddie says with a smile on his face

"Guess it's just you and me Eddie spaghetti"

"What w-why?" Eddie says tripping through his words because he knew if him and Richie were alone with only there underwear on he wouldn't be able to resist grabbing Richie and kissing him.

"Stanley, Bill,Bev and Ben are going on some lame double date" he said trying to sound annoyed but all Richie wanted was to go on a date with his Eddie spaghetti even it was a dumb cringey double date all he wanted was Eddie.

" what about Mike?" Eddie replied
"Remember he's out of town with his grandpa?" Richie says trying not to sound happy at the the thought of being alone with Eddie.

"Oh ok" Eddie says blushing behind Richie as they both run up the stairs to get changed eat break fest then head down to the quarry. Togther alone.
