Under It All || Reddie

Chapter 16; Perv.

*Richie, Eddie and Richies mom all sat down and began eating dinner.*

"How's is it? I haven't cooked in a while, is it dry?" Richies mom said looking between the two boys who where still blushing from upstairs.
"No, mom it's great. Don't worry it taste good." Richie said trying to hide his red cheeks by constantly rubbing a napkin over his face.
"Ya Mrs.Tozier it's great." Eddie said making eye contact with Richie, causing him to smile bigger. Now both boys had big grins on there faces and began giggling slightly.
"What? What'd I'd miss?" Richies mom said starting to smile slightly as well, while darting her eyes between the two giggling boys.
"Nothing mom." Richie said smiling at her. They continued there conversations all finally happy, Richie was happy because Eddie was with him and his mom was smiling, Eddie was happy because he felt loved for once, and Mrs.Tozier was smiling because she felt like she had a family again.

*laughter filled the air, finally a happy household.*

"So boys, school starts in two weeks, are you excited?" Mrs.Tozier said putting the last bite of chicken on her plate into her mouth.
"Uhh, I guess." Richie said playing with the peas he had left on his plate.
"Kinda." Eddie said wiping his face with a napkin.
"What come on school can't be that bad-" Mrs.Tozier began to say till the phone interrupted her.

*ring*ring*ring*

"Richie can you get that?" Mrs.Tozier said while standing up and grabbing the two boys empty plates.
"Sure." Richie said clearing his throat. "I'll meet you upstairs Ed's?" Richie said winking at him.
"Ok, but do you mind if I shower first...Mrs.Tozier?" Eddie said forgetting the lock was yet still broken on the bathroom door knob.
"Ya, but sweetie you don't have to ask. This is your home too." Mrs.Tozier said smiling.

"Tozier house?" Richie said picking up the phone.
"He-hey...it's Bev." She said in a nervous tone.
"Oh, oh hey bev. How are you I've been meaning to call I just..have been busy helping Eddie move in.." Richie said playing with the phone cord.
"Oh Eddie lives with you now? That's cool." Beverly said smiling that her friends finally got together.
"Yup. So what's up?" Richie said changing the topic.
"I-I... just wanted to say I'm so sorry for what happened. I had no right and I feel awful, I know it took me a while to finally call but the rest of the Losers told me to give you some time, so." Beverly replied with worry in her tone.
"No, no it's okay. I mean I'm sorry to I shouldn't have yelled at you. I just was upset and was worried about Eddie."  Richie said sitting back down.
"I just wanted you to know I'm never gonna butt in again. I swear." Beverly said smiling knowing Richie wasn't upset with her.
"Ya. Ya wanna hang out tomorrow?" Richie said changing the topic.
"Ya totally, I'll invite the other losers wanna go to the hangout?" Beverly replied smiling big.
"Ya that sound like fun at, like.. 12-ish?" Richie replied also happy and smiling he had his friends back. He couldn't wait to tell Eddie.
"Sounds good, bye Rich. See ya tomorrow." Beverly said beaming.
"See ya, bye Bev." Richie said while hanging up the phone.

"Eddie and I are gonna go hangout with the Losers tomorrow...is that ok?" Richie said looking up at his mother who was washing the dishes.
"Ya that's fine, but why do you guys call yourself the losers I will never understand that." Mrs.Tozier said while watching Richie run up the stairs to tell Eddie about tomorrow.
"Hey wash your hands!" Mrs.Tozier yelled, smiling to herself.
"Ok mom!"  Richie said while walking to his bathroom upstairs to wash his hands, forgetting Eddie was gonna shower.

Richie walked in the bathroom in shock. Completely forgetting his boyfriend was showering. Through the glass sliding door, he could see everything. Everything.

"Chee!" Eddie shouted in shock.
"Sorry Ed's I forgot! Let me just wash my hands it'll only take a sec I swear." Richie said pretending to cover his face and walked blindly over to the sink.
"Perv." Eddie said teasing Richie.
"Oh please like you don't want me in there with you right now." Richie said smirking, and also glancing up to the mirror in front of him getting a whole view of the shower behind him.
"I can see you starring." Eddie said blushing.
"Can you blame me? Your gorgeous." Richie said wiping his hands on the towel in front of him and walking out of the bathroom blushing more then ever.

"Holy shit." Richie whispered under his breath and falling back on his bed.
"Can this day get any better?" Richie said smiling then turning over to grab a comic, he stopped when he herd the water shut off.

"Ed's, guess what?" Richie said sitting up.
"What?" Eddie replied wrapping a towel around his waist.
"Beverly called, and apologized she wants to hang out tomorrow, with the losers at the hangout. Wanna go?"
"Uhh...it won't be awkward?" Eddie said coming out the bathroom.
"No she apologized, did you not hear that...part?" Richie replied, parting his lips slightly after seeing Eddie half naked in-front of him.
"No, I herd. Just making sure, turn around perv I need to get dressed." Eddie said blushing.
"Ok Ed's whatever you say." Richie said holding his hands up and turning around also blushing.
