Chapter 24; I Fucked your Mother.

All the Losers, except Eddie, crowded around Pennywise making him smaller. "Your a mummy!" Ben kept shouting, then it grew in to one big chant, "Your just a Clown!" "A stupid clown!"

Eddie starred at the Losers yelling at pennywise, more importantly he was starring at Richie taking one last look at the love of his life, he couldn't believe he wouldn't be able to kiss him goodbye. Eddie starred at Richie taking in everything, his clothes, his messy hair, his cracked glasses. Then Eddie whispered Richies name one last time and shut his eyes a single tear rolling down his cheek. 

"Richie."

Eddie had died and his last words to Richie were "I Fucked your mother." But Eddie wanted to say so much more he wanted to tell Richie he was sorry for the dumb argument, he wanted to tell him everything how Myra was just like his mom, how much he missed him, and most of all how much he still loved him. 

Richie yelled "Eddie!" and headed down to Eddies lifeless body, the Losers right behind him. "Hey man, we got him, we got pennywise." Richie said grabbing Eddies limp body. "Eddie?" Tears filled Richie Toziers eyes , he refused to believe he was dead. 

"Richie." Beverly trembled, "he's gone." Bill sobbed.

"No he's alright, he's just hurt, we gotta get him out of here. Bill...Bev?" Richie knew.

"Richie." Beverly sobbed. "What?" Richie didn't wanna leave Eddie behind. He couldn't."Honey, he's dead"

 Those words ate at Richies broken heart.

"We have to go." 

"we gotta go." Bill was in shock. "Come on buddy, come on." Bill had to pry Richie off Eddie. "let go of him, come on Rich we gotta go." Richie refused to leave him. "We can still help him guys" Richie sobbed into Eddies breathless body.

Bill tugged at Richie harder, Richie wasn't strong enough, he hugged Eddie one last time and then was being pulled back still shouting "We can still help him guys!" The place started collapsing in, rocks falling everywhere. Richie never took his eyes off of Eddie.

They all ran out of the Neibolt house, Richie still screaming Eddies name. Richie tried to go back in but the losers held him back. Richie practically on his knees sobbing and trembling with the name 'Eddie' leaving his lips now and then. He wanted so badly to go back in there "we gotta go get him!" But then it happened, the house just collapsed with Richies Eddie spaghetti still in there.

Richie sank to the floor sobbing Eddies name.

All the Losers somehow still had the strength and went to the place that brought them closer together for the first time, the Quarry. Beverly jumped in first just like before except they didn't have everyone to remember the Amazing moment. 

"you know what Eddie would have hated this guys." Ben said trying to remember Eddie well as a, asthmatic, lovesick fool, germaphobe, but most of all there best friend.

"What cleaning ourselves in dirty water?" Bill chuckled.  "Ya" Ben smiled, for the first time in a while. "He'd be telling us we'd get streptococcal something." Beverly said rubbing her arm to clean the dirt."But he would have made us laugh though." Mike beamed, "He'd be lookin out for us, the way he always was." Bills eyes filled with tears. "you alright Richie?" It went silent for a few moments then you herd Richies sobs, all the Losers crowded around Richie, hugging him.
