Chapter 18; Truth or Dare?

And the Losers began playing truth or dare.

"Eddie Truth or Dare?" Mike said starting the game.
"Uhh...truth?" Eddie replied glancing up to Mike and back down towards his shirt, fumbling with it.
"Ok umm...what's the grossest thing you've ever done?" Mike said straightening his back and scooting closer to Stanley...who Mike still had feelings for.
"That's a lame question Mikey." Ben said smirking.
"Then you come up with one Ben!" Mike replied rolling his eyes.
"Jesus, ok calm down." Ben said startled. Can you blame Mike though? He had to sit there and watch Stanley and Bill hold hands. Mike felt awkward being the only single one in the group.
"Uhh can you pick someone else?" Eddie said awkwardly.
"Sure Ed's, but what's wrong?" Ben replied unsure.
"I just don't wanna be the first to go." Eddie said shifting around in his spot scooting closer to Richie inch by inch.
"I'll go, hit me Benny boy." Richie replied putting a arm around Eddie knowing Eddie hated these kinda games.

"Ok Rich, Truth or Dare?" Ben said, finally beginning the game
"I'll go truth for the first round." Richie replied glancing down at Eddie who was leaning against his sweaty arm.
"ok Uhh...what's your worst fear?" Ben said wincing at his own lame question.
"well as you all know it used to be clowns," Richie started.
"used to be?" Beverly questioned.
"ya but now it's losing Ed's I-I don't know what I'd do with out him to be honest." Richie smiled finishing the question. Eddie looked up at Richie, they made eye contact till they pulled away causing both of them to blush.
"Your cute Chee, but I'm sure clowns scare you more." Eddie said snuggling up closer to Richie.
"Let's not test that theory." Richie replied tickling Eddies Cheeks slightly.
"Get a room." Stanley chuckled.
"Oh be quiet Stan the man your just mad you don't get this ball of cuteness to wake up to in the mornings." Richie said beaming.
"So I'll take it you two have been having a lot of sleepovers then?" Mike said glancing between the two.
"Well...Uhh Eddie you wanna say?" Richie said looking at Eddie not wanting to say Eddies mom kicked him out, just in case Eddie wasn't ready to say.
"I uh kinda moved in with Richie." Eddie replied nervously gripping Richie hand.
"Kinda? How do you kinda move in with someone?" Beverly giggled.
"My mom is taking a new job in...oh who am I kidding my mom kicked me out and I moved in with my boyfriend." Eddie said not wanting to tell anymore lies to his friends or his boyfriend. The place filled with silence.
"I'm so sorry Ed's." Bill said breaking the silence and without stuttering, for once.
"Don't be, I get to live with him." Eddie replied looking up and pecking Richie lightly on the cheek.
"No I-I'm sorry you h-have to listen to R-Richies snoring." Bill laughed.
"Ha.Ha. Bill so funny, do I even snore Eddie?" Richie replied looking down at the smiling boy.
"Actually you haven't been snoring that much since I moved in." Eddie said looking up at Richie making eye contact.
"That's weird." Richie replied putting his soft hands in Eddies messy hair.
"What's weird?" Beverly said happy looking at the two boys basically spooning in-front of them.
"I haven't had a nightmare of...Pennywise either, sense Eddie moved in." Richie replied looking up from the eye contact he made with Eddie."guess having Eddie around makes me feel safe." Richie said fishing his sentence and looking down to make eye contact with Eddie once again.
"Ok how about a new game because you guys are literally about to start making out." Mike said smiling.
"Shut up Mikey." Eddie replied blushing intensely.
"Ok then Mikey-" Richie said mocking the way Eddie said Mikey with his cute tone "-what game?"
"Well since you guys wanna...you know, why don't we play a kissing game...like spin the bottle?" Mike replied looking up at Stanley who had his hand intertwined with Bills.
"Most of us are...with someone." Beverly said not wanting to offend Mike the only single Loser.
"So? Where just friends it doesn't mean anything." Mike said making it obvious he wanted to kiss someone in the group. Ok and Ya's filled the tight dirty space they where in.

"D-does anyone h-have a bottle?" Bill said looking around at everyone who looked scared helpless. Everyone replied no.
"Then I guess we just can't play." Richie said relived because he didn't want his Eddie spaghetti kissing anyone else but him.
"We can play when we get to Bills?" Beverly suggested. They all agreed and started talking about all the things Eddie and Richie missed.

A hour passed by and the Losers where still talking.

"Oh um I brought knew shower caps since Richies broke last time we where here." Stanley said reaching in his pocket digging around for the shower cap.
"What? How'd it break why where you guys even touching mine?" Richie said holding back a joke he was gonna say earlier.
"Uhh so Ben was you know was putting up a new pillar to hold more support for the hammock that YOU and Eddie always argue over-" Beverly said pointing towards Richie. "-how did we not see the signs before? Anyways Stanley had pulled out all our shower caps to make sure none of them had spiders in them-" Eddie shudders."-and he also pulled out Eddies cleaning supplies and Bens school supplies."
"Is this going anywhere?" Richie asked.
"Yes hold on I'm almost there, anyways Stanley set Bens stapler on top of your shower cap and then Bens hammer fell on top of it causing to staple your shower cap into the bench and we pulled it off ripping your shower cap." Beverly replied out of breath.
"Cause that made total sense Bev." Stanley said finally pulling a light blue covered with pink detailed roses shower cap and handing it to Richie.
"Did you steal this from your grandma? What the Dick is this?" Richie replied looking at his shower cap in disgust.
"Shut up trash mouth." Stanley said "maybe you could trade with Eddie or something."
"Nah-uh." Eddie said shaking his head no vigorously.
"Come on Ed's, don't be so judgey. The pretty pink flowers will defiantly bring out your freckles." Richie said shoving the cap on Eddies head. The losers all laughed at Richie and Eddie stupid but cute arguing. After a while all the Losers grew tired of being in a tight space and rode there bikes over to Bills.
