Gura's pov
We're waiting for Watson and Pikamee when emergency services arrive. There's police, firefighters, and medics. A police officer walks up to us.
Officer: Gawr Gura?
Gura: Yes that's me.
Officer: After we're done here, we'll need to take you in for questioning.
Gura: Why specifically me?
Officer: You seemed to be close to detective Watson.
Gura: What's that supposed to mean?
Pikamee's pov
Pikamee: Do you know what it feels like to have your Freedom taken away from you?! To be starved and beaten for making the slightest mistakes?!
Ina gets off of Watson and looks at me. I headbutts Tom and get off of him. That should keep him down for a while.
Pikamee: And you
I points at Ina
Pikamee: You've beaten me countless times while I couldn't do anything about it. However, I could tell you hated it. You didn't want to hurt me but you were forced to by Tom. You were in a similar situation as me. We were both tricked and manipulated by him.
Tears run down Ina's face. She falls to her knees.
Ina: I never wanted this. I just wanted things to go back to how they used to be. I was desperate. He said he could make the pain go away but all he did was put that pain on others. He told me if I didn't obey him he'd cut our deal. I never wanted to hurt anyone. I'm sorry. I'm really sorry I caused to much pain and suffering.
I walks over to Ina and grabs her hand. I pulls her up.
Pikamee: I can tell you really are sorry and regret things. For that, I forgive you.
Watson gets up
Watson: Well now that that's settled, we should go. The fire is only going to get worse from here. Hurry to the elevator!
We rush outside the room, but before Watson could get through, the ceiling collapsed at the door. She's stuck in there.
Pikamee: Watson!
Watson: Don't worry about me! You get out of here.
Pikamee: You promised Gura you'd come back safe!
Watson: I will! Trust me and go!
Pikamee: Okay, you better keep your promise!
We run to the elevator and go up to the surface. When we get out, we're met with a crowd of emergency services and Vtubers. Gura and my fellow Voms members rush towards us.
Gura: Where's Watson?!
Pikamee: She stayed behind, again. She's not done with Tom.
