Jonah's point of view

I ran through the store looking for all the guys. After a while of looking I finally found them all looking at guitars.

"Hey you guys!" I yell as I speed walk up to them.

"Hey man where were you and where is your jacket?" Corbyn asks me.

"I was talking to a girl that was crying and she was cold so I let her use it." I answer.

"A girl? Was she cute?" Daniel asks me.

"She is cute, but that's not the point. Her boyfriend, while I guess he's now her ex boyfriend, just left her here all alone. It's a long story but she needs a place to stay, can she crash with us for the night?" I say kinda fast because I want to get back to her because she is probably thinking I left her.

The guys all look at eachother then back at me.

"Well if you say she's cool then it's good with us." Jack says with a smile.

Grace's point of view

'What just happened?' I think to myself.

I look into the glass window of the store behind me, and in the reflection I see that I look like a mess. I did my best to whip off the mascara that had run down my face and ran my fingers through my hair. While I did this I kept thinking about that guy.

'That guy was so nice and he gave me his jacket and he actually  listened to what I had to say, it's been a long time since anyone has actually wanted to hear what I had to say. And then he just ran inside the store, what is he doing?'

I got lost in my thoughts until the bell on the door brought me back to reality. I looked up and saw the guy I was just talking to, what even is his name?, walk out of the store followed by 4 other guys.

He smiled brightly at me and they all walked up to me. He holds out his hand and helps me stand up.

"Guys this is umm...I don't think I asked you your name." he laughs at himself.

"It's Grace." I say trying to force myself to smile.

Jonah's point of view

'Wow what a beautiful name.' I think to myself.

'No pull it together Jonah, she just got out of a relationship.' I tell myself sternly.

Grace's point of view

"Well Grace these are my roommates. That's Zach, Corbyn, Daniel, and Jack." he gestures behind him.

"It's nice to meet you all." I say looking at all of them.

"So Jonah told us you need a place to stay tonight." Daniel says to me.

'Jonah that's his name!' I make a mental note.

"Yeah and I was wondering if you would like to come stay with us, it will be way better than sitting in a hotel all alone.

"Wait really?" I exclaim.

"Yeah really, we would love to have you." Corbyn says

I am so grateful I feel like crying again, but instead take a deep breath, "Thank you, I would really like that." I smile at them, for real this time.

I follow them to their car and get in the front seat.

"So what's your story? If you don't mind us asking." Jack says as we start to drive.

I tell the guys everything that had happened.

"Dang girl, you are better off without him!" Zach says in a sassy tone.

The rest of the ride was nice. The guys just messed around, it was fun just listening to them.

We pulled into a big house in the hills.

"You guys all live here?" I ask in amazement.

"Yeah it's pretty cool right?" Corbyn jokes.

"So you guys rich or something?" I ask Daniel.

"Not exactly, we're in a band and our management company has us living here." He says.

"A band? Would I know any of your songs?"

"8 letters. What am I, trust fund baby..." Jack starts listing songs.

"Wait are you guys Why Don't We?" I ask exactly.

"Yes ma'am!" Daniel says proudly.

"Here come on l'll show you around." Jonah says.

"Oh yeah! Tour of the house!" Corbyn and Zach say and run in front of us.

We laugh and follow behind them.
