The War (Book 2)

Trust

Tails saw a girl. He didn't know her but he started running towards her and he didn't know why. She was a light brown with wrappings on her legs and head and had a pretty dress. (he doesn't know what echidnas look like or what an echidna is) Then he saw nothing but darkness then words came into his head.

The servers are the 7 Chaos. 

Chaos is power

Power is enriched by the heart

The controller is the one that unifies the Chaos.

Suddenly Tails saw a water blue creature appear and swallow him up.

Tails: AH!!!!

Tails woke up sweating and found himself in Whisper's place. 

Whisper: What's up?

Tails: Sorry. Just a nightmare.

Whisper: Seems more than just a nightmare. You ok?

Tails: I'm fine. Just startled. I think it's a normal response to a water creature about to drown you.

Whisper: You had a nightmare about a water creature? 

Tails: Ya. But I'm fine now. Good night.

Whisper: Ok. If you say so.

Whisper went back to sleep slightly worried about Tails. She's been slowly starting to trust him since the interrogation. Tails pretended to sleep while still a little nervous about his nightmare.

Tails in head: Was that a nightmare? It felt so real. And those words. What was that?

Tails couldn't sleep for a while so he got his journal out once again.

Day 367 Night Time

So I had this nightmare. I don't know what to think about it. I saw this creature. It was a water creature and it tried to drown me. But before that... There were these words in my head. I don't know what it was. If I remember it said The servers are the 7 Chaos. Chaos is power. Power is enriched by the heart. The controller is the one that unifies the Chaos. But what does it mean? What is this "power" it speaks of? I don't know. Hopefully it was just a dream. But something tells me that was important in some kind of way. I don't know. I should head back to bed before Whisper finds me awake and starts wondering what I'm writing in my journal. 

But little did Tails know. Whisper was still awake and saw him writing in it. She thought since she trusted him she shouldn't check it since it's his privacy. But in the same time it could comfirm if he's to be trusted or not. 

Next Day

Tails was still bothered by the nightmare while Whisper was still trying to make her choice. 

Zero: Something wrong? You 2 look bothered.

Tails and Whisper: Huh? Nothing.

Tangle and Zero looked at each other thinking something was wrong. 

Tails: Oh can I head to Buster's?

Tangle: Why's that? 

Tails: I can finish my scanner. And I can see Gemerl.

Whisper: Sure.

Tails: Thanks.

Tails ran off.

Whisper: Don't worry. I'll watch him. 

Whisper walked off leaving Zero and Tangle.

Tangle: I think they're up to something. Should we follow them?
