*Michael's POV*
"Hey Luke, I'm gonna ask Lily out today!" I say down the phone.
"Good luck bro!" He replies, lifting my hopes up.
"Thanks dude, do you know where she is?" I ask, biting my lip.
"Yeah, she went to watch Pitch Perfect in Ashton's room," he informs me.
"Oh right thanks, talk to you later," I say.
"Tell me if it works out, bye."
"Bye," I say while hanging up the phone.
I quickly checked my appearance before leaving my hotel room.
I walked across the corridor, shocked by what I saw.
"Lily?" I ask choking up.
*Lily's POV*
"Lily?" I hear a voice ask.
I look up from Calum's shoulder to see Michael with glossy eyes, indicating he was truly upset.
"Michael I-" I get cut off.
"You know what Lily? Save it! You just led me on, that was a dick move," he screamed throwing the lily flower he had on the floor and violently stamping on it.
Now Calum had also backed away from me in shock. I looked by at Ashton who looked at me sympathetically.
"I-I-I," I stutter.
Michael had left by now whilst Calum was slowly backing away from me shaking his head.
"Calum, I can ex-"
"No you can't!" He screams and runs off.
*Calum's POV*
When I saw Michael's glossy eyes, I knew I had done the wrong thing. I had went out of my way to make Lily love me. So much so, that I hurt one of my best mates.
"I'm sorry Lily, I shouldn't have done any of this. I'll leave now," I say, not looking in her eyes.
I walked away, carrying my guitar.
When I got to my hotel room, I felt weird.
I wasn't tired, yet I wasn't in the mood to do anything. I wasn't upset but I wasn't happy.
It just felt weird.
