Kayla- "once you live as long as I do, live how I did and do, watch what I watched, suffer what I suffered, you come back to me and tell me how you did survived. If you even had the strength to and come back with a heart." I tell him hatefully.

In all truth, I envy the group in front of me. Jake and Jasmine got to be normal mates and live happily ever after like in the fairy tales. Dylan got the adventures to go and find his mate and be beta of his pack. Cole got the joy of being a regular werewolves teenager with some responsibilities of being pack warrior. I envied the life they got to live, envied the life they're still living.

Dylan shivered under my glare. How I wanted to use that one word and made him feel it. That one word if I say it correctly it can do as I please to him.

Suddenly I felt something entering or trying to enter my mind. I suddenly felt super dizzy as well. My hand flew up to my temples.

I broke the illusion, and the surrounding went back to the reality and we were all back at the dome in the clearing. I swayed back in forth, I stumbled on my feet trying to gain balance.

I heard someone Calling my name, I didn't pay attention and instead screamed, clutching onto my head. The piercing ringing and pain growing louder.

I passed out due to the pain.

)Dylan's POV(

I shivered under the heat of her glare. Then I notice something. There was a twitch in the background. The building started to glitch out. Kayla suddenly grabs onto her temples and sways a little. The illusion or whatever stops and we are back in the dome and the clearing.

I look at Kayla and she was stumbling and swaying. Me and Jasmine call her name but she suddenly lets out a strong, loud scream.

Jasmine, Jake, Cole and I cover our ears and look and watch as Kayla clutches onto her head and screams. Her knees gave out and she fell down on her knees, but she then suddenly falls over and stops screaming.

She passed out

Cole- "what in the hell?" He whispers and I give him a quick glare and look back at Kayla.

Jasmine- "is she ok?" She asks warily.

Jake- "I don't think she is, she passed out" he replied staring wide eyed at Kayla.

Dylan- "well no shit Sherlock" I tell him sarcastically.

I took a step towards Kayla's body but then something weird happens.

She mumbles a quiet and weak 'stop' in her passed out state. But I don't think it was to me.

Kayla- "stop...........I'm sorry..........please, I can't..........STOP IT.........DONT TOUCH ME!!!!" She mumbles, getting louder and louder. Her voice was showing all of her emotions. Shock. Fear. Surprise. Anger.

The ground around her cracked. A circle cracked around her body and silent tears start trailing down her face with her eyes closed. Her body slowly starts to lift of the ground. It looked as if her body defied gravity and was floating.

A white sphere of light shone through her chest and a sort of bright white force field encircled her floating body. Her body then started to transform.

Her royal blue hair turn a dark brown. Her height got a little shorter. Her t-shirt and sweat pants turned into a black and gray Victorian styled dress and her body was dropped into a standing potion on the floor. Her eyes were still closed, and her skin was a pale white that had a bit of tan into it. Tears still ran down her face.

She looked like a 17 year old, not like the 18 year old we saw a few hours ago.

The light disappeared, and Kayla opened up her eyes. Her eyes were no longer the sliver and gold, it was just sliver. Her eyes wasn't the emotionless pit I've only seen. It was pits of pain, hurt, regret, and sadnesses.

Jasmine- "are you ok?" She asks soft, cutting the silence.

Kayla slowly turns to her.

Kayla- "I all m-m-my f-fault. I saw h-him. I saw Matthew, Jasmine. Artemis, she......she said she forgives me. She took something from me, Jasmine. I'm going to die." Her voice cracks and Jasmine gives her a hug and Kayla just cries.

'Since when were they besties?'

'I know right?' I reply back to him.

Cole- "what do you mean your going to die?"

Jake- "yea, no one is going to murder you right?"

Kayla- "she took something else, and it not my life." She sobs and clutches onto Jasmine and cries. She continued,

"She took my immortality."
