Them two look so cute together. I squealed at the sight of them. Unfortunately i did it out loud.

Rose- "Oh. Mah. Gosh!! You two look so cute together!!!" I squeal and stare at them.

I squeezed my cheeks together on my face thinking of the cuties in front of me. Too bad I lost focus and stop floating I almost face planted on the floor but I caught myself a few inches from the floor . I stand up awkwardly. Ethan was out of his seat looking worriedly at me. I was about to say something but was cut off when I felt kayla gaining her control back.

)Kayla's POV(

Kayla- "this is why I don't let you take control!" I snap aggressively out loud.

People watching me amused. I looked at them accusingly.

Kayla- "what? You try having a childish wolf like that." I say teasingly. Mainly annoying Rose.

)Kayla's POV(

Kayla- "now are we done with this annoying meeting? It's no fun!" I groan and fall back into a chair dramatically. Laying my arms across my forehead exasperatedly and over dramatic to add effect. "I'm going to have a death sentence by boredom!"

I had Dylan snort and I looked at him pointedly. Like he was seriously finding this amusing? I swore I could of seen him leaning against the wall earlier because he was tired of staying standing. Sooooo.......... Whatever doofus.

Ethan nodded, "yea I guess it is," he stood from his chair, "this meeting is over. Can I talk to Kayla alone please?" Everyone started to leave and when they did, Ethan walked around the desk and stood in front of me.

"Hello~" I said looking up at him teasingly, filling the pull of the mate bond.

"Yea, hi." He deadpanned with a smile, "I want to know more about you Kayla, since you know your my mate." He said.

That's how the next 4 hours was spent by us talking about random things. Me stuttering sometimes because I've haven't really been that connected to the social groups around and coming up with lame excuses. Ethan making me feel better by telling me that he doesn't either, and that made me smile at him.

I guess you can say we bonded a bit and I felt like a normal teenager for once. I've haven't really talked to much people after...........their death. So I was closed off most of the time. I sometimes watch over the gang great great grandchildren, making me feel old.

Sophia's and Jack Gs 4 grandchildren, twin boys, 12, a teen around 15 and a girl around 13. The teen being a hybrid of a fairy and werewolf, the girl a fairy and the boys one werewolf and the other one a nymph with some fairy magic in his blood.

Lilly's and Carters was gifted werewolves with the power to control earth and air elements. The rest of the gang varied by their descendants being hybrids.

I also had a special ring, and it glowed if any one of them was in trouble. They were basically family to me even if they didn't know it. I would lay my life on the line for them all over again.

With my mate, and the fact I'm not immortal anymore, I get to live with him until death and the after life in the moon goddesses kingdom.

Things for me was finally going right again
