If someone was, I was thankful for my long hair. Which covered my crescent moon marking on my back. I turned back around and walked slowly to my bedroom window, which was surprisingly close to my bed. I looked out of the window cautiously looking out into the forest. I stopped when I met 3 pairs of eyes looking back at me.

Fully knowing it was wolves, I closed my window and sipped into my bed. Knowing best to ignore the wolves watching me.

)Kayla's POV(

I woke up in the early morning. It was about 5:45 in the fricken morning. I always woken up at this time so I could get more things done.

I sat up in a bed, remembering yesterday's events I slipped out of bed and headed towards the kitchen. I walked into the kitchen and straight towards the fridge. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to get food. Only I would forget something so stupid.

I sighed. I closed the fridge and went to my bed room. I pulled on a random tee shirt and grabbed my wallet and my motorcycle keys. I went outside and went on my bike and drove to the nearest walmart I could find.

Once I got to the store, I parked my motorcycle and headed inside. Once I went in, I deadpan. I forgot my black shades and people would see my eyes. I keep my head low and carefully pass the passing werewolves. I grab a cart and start my journey to find healthy nutritious food. And bye that..........

I mean book it to the junk food isle and grab as much as I can and stuff it into my cart.

By the time I'm done, I can't even look over my cart. So I got a couple of weird looks from the people I passed as I dragged the cart, pulling it from the front. It was even worst when I passed a group of teenage male wolves, they laughed at my struggle to look behind me and pull a cart pass them and to the checkout. But obviously I looked kinda funny since I was pretending to look human and weak.

I finally got to the check out and the girl there looked at me like I was crazy, I didn't look at her face though, i had to keep my eyes hidden from her. No one wants her to mess up how much money I need to pay her if she freezes by shock. Like imagine it.

Me standing there. And she looks at my eyes while scanning something. She would freeze from shock and then............ BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! Btw, that's the sound of her scanning machine scanning a bag of my takis multiple times.

Anyway, after she is done, which is 15 minutes later, I pay her the money and get my change and leave. I go to the parking lot and realize something, I don't have anywhere to put the bags and drive home.

Crap!

I look around the parking lot and found a group of teenage males wolves and a female wolf. Well it's better than nothing.

Kayla- "Hey! Can you help me please!"

the girl looks at me and hits her friends shoulder gesturing to me. One of them calls back.

(UFW: unknown female wolf / UMW: unknown male wolf)

UFW- "Are you talking to us?"

Kayla- "yea. I need help with my bags, do you think you can give me a ride?"

The wolf was about to say something, but her friend beat her to it.

UMW- "I don't see why not." He grins.

I push my cart with my bags over to them, and ask where their car is. Once they get the car they introduce themselves, the UFW was Jasmine, the UMW was Cole, and the two others was two male wolfs named Dylan and Jake. We put the bags in their car and get in. Jake driving, Cole in the passenger seat and I'm in the back seat, in the middle of jasmine and Dylan.

I notice how Dylan has some power radiating of him, probably beta. Jake is probably third in command. And Cole is probably a pack warrior. Jasmine has some bit of power too, I'm thinking she is jakes mate.

I sit in the middle, quietly fiddling with my thumbs in my lap. I made sure not to look up, hiding my eyes from their point of view. But that's all changed when beta over here, grabs me by the neck and jasmine holds me to her by locking her arms around my waist.

Mr. Beta holds my neck in a way, making me look at him straight in the eyes. Jake goes faster, towards the woods. Most likely, it's the pack house.

Dylan- "State your business, rouge!"

Shit! I forgot to mask my scent! Why am I so stupid?!!! I quickly mask my scent and play dumb.

Kayla- "what are you talking about?" I say pretending to look scared.

He looks at me for a second confused.

Dylan- "how did you do that?!" He said, anger rising.

I roll my eye and look back at him.

Kayla- "I have no idea what your talking about." The smirk on my face shows I do but won't tell.

Cole- "Jake, Step on it!"

The car goes faster. And the way I'm sitting isn't comfortable against the occasional road bumps.

Kayla- "I would really mind if you, I don't know....... Get your fricken paws off me!" I yell at Dylan and jasmine.

He smirks -" no I don't think I will"

I glare at him, and if looks could kill, he would be six feet under.

Kayla- "I would do it if I was you, you don't want to see my bad side. ESPECIALLY inside of a car!"

He smirks and doesn't let go. Jasmine still had a good grip on me. I used my fire element and heat up my skin, burning Dylan and jasmine that they let go. The both hiss in pain and I use a new trick I learned. My pupils go into slits and I put one hand own both of their shoulders, pulling them into a sleeping state. My eyes go back to normal. We were close to the pack house.

Cole and jake didn't notice I got Dylan and jasmine knocked out, so I use it to my advantage. I go to jake and whisper into his ear, using compulsion.

Kayla- "jake. Listen to me. Stop the car, and when you do, fall asleep. Do it .jake." I whisper in a low creepy sing-song voice.

Once the car stops, he does as told. And falls asleep. Cole looks at me with a shocked expression. But quickly pulled himself together and shot me with a sleeping dart, before I get to attack him.

I slowly doze off, to the words........

"What the fucking hell was that?"
