“Well I watched the new cast that was on TV the other night, about your missing daughter.” I paused. I could just imagine two adults huddled around a phone listing to a fourteen year old girl that was on the verge of tears. The thought made me smile, even though it was brief.

“I saw that they had made a genetically enhanced picture of the girl.” The woman sniffed “yes. Have you seen anyone that looks like her? Do you know where she is? Have you seen my baby girl?” Oh geez, Kasey thought. “I know where she’s at. I’ve seen her everyday in my life.” She could just imagine the faces on her par- on their faces. “I’m confused.” The man admitted. “Yeah, me too.”

I took a deep sigh and looked at Michael, his eyes were glossy too. “I’ve seen her every day for past nine years in the same town I live in now, and for the past five years when I moved here from Seattle.” The woman and the man said “how?” I sighed again. “I’ve seen her when I look in the mirror staring straight back at me.”

I honestly don't remember if I said where Kasey lives so if you have any suggestions go head.

Oh and btw she lived somewhere (seattle) for five years then moved back to the place she was born and kidnapped in. In case anyone was confused I had to clear that up.
