"I'm going to die!" I screamed. I climbed steadily towards the flat surface of the roof that Dani was sitting on. I slipped further and clutched a spire. It was so far down. "I'm going to die! Why did we choose this?!"

"Because we're crazy!" She shouted.

"That's for sure." I murmured and grabbed onto the next spire and propelled myself forward onto her flat surface. I collapsed and moved away from the edge.

"Cheese!" She held up her phone and took a photo of me. I managed to smile for her and moved so we could take a selfie together. "Girl, I thought for sure we'd end up moving in together single forever. You're betraying me!"

"Dani!" I exclaimed. "You're supposed to be happy for me!"

"I am happy for you!" She laughed. "I'm just also sad for me!"

I nodded and hugged her, then let go and stared down the blanket.

"Have you seen his family?" I asked and slowly lifted my eyes to meet hers. Dani gave a slow nod. "Are they... How are they?"

"You should come back sometime and let them know you're alive. They're concerned for you. They miss you." She put a hand on my face, then pushed my hair behind my ear. "You ran away. No one knew where you were. Some people thought you might have..."

"I'm not dead yet." I folded my arms. "I don't know when or if I'll be able to come. I'm not marrying someone who can easily leave. I'm not someone who can easily leave. How's Antony's date? I know they only went out-"

"Pregnant." Dani shook her head and I could see the sadness lingering in her eyes. "Apparently it was a good date. His family are taking good care of her. Her family kicked her out and so they took her in."

"Oh my suns." I put a hand to my mouth.

"I've never heard you say that before." She smiled. "It's pretty tragic yeah."

Then Dani pulled out a folder from her bag.

"So, you're not going back to Earth to live?" She asked.

"No." I nodded resolutely. "I'm here now."

"Perfect, you mind singing a few papers to give me your estate and bank accounts. I'm broke." She gave me a toothy grin and I threw a bread roll at her.

"You gold digger!" I took the folders and started singing papers. "What's the date?"

"Oh..." She pulled out her phone. "Twenty-Sixth of December."

I filled out the paperwork and gave it to her. I didn't want to see that house ever again. I'd be glad of it going to someone who would take care of it though.

"There's still one thing I'm confused about." Dani sat back and looked up at the sky and it's unfamiliar constellations and three moons.

"What?" I asked.

"Who took you to Earth? How did they know to ask your parents? How did Namjoon know where to find you?" I froze and thought for a moment. I didn't know any of those answers. But I knew who would.

"Let's go." I started climbing back on the roof. Dani started piling the food back into the bag and threw it over her shoulder.

"Where are we going?!" She asked.

"You'll see!" I shouted back.

Dirt slid between my fingers and the cold stone of the palace roof. I definitely wouldn't be doing this again anytime soon. My feet were fully on the ridge of the roof and I felt like I was falling even when I wasn't. I took hold of the rope tied to the roped and started bouncing off the side of the castle.
