The sky was just beginning to turn a darker shade of blue as the sun started to set upon Kildare Island. After leaving the Moore residence she returned home for a quick shower and to reapply some makeup. She changed out of Bohdi's T-shirt, knowing that rocking up in that was never going to be a good idea. Tossing it to one side she picked up another crop top and put that on in its place, pulling one of JJ's grey sweatshirts over the top for warmth.

Walking out of her bedroom she was greeted by Barry and co. "Ah, so a little birdy told me you've been getting busy with Bohdi Moore, ey?"

"If by birdy you mean Danny," she looked at the brunette who was laughing hysterically to himself in the corner. "Then yeah, he's right. What of it?"

"Woah, woah, woah. Don't get snappy." Barry said. "I'm just making conversation, taking an interest in your life, yahno?"

Stella rolled her eyes. "You can take an interest by giving me $30 dollars to go get some snacks for the outdoor movie theatre tonight?"

Barry scoffed. "$30? You feeding the entire theatre?"

"I mean, a bottle of vodka wouldn't go amiss." She shrugged.

"Take $50 but I want the change." He opened up his wallet and held up a note. "And if you see Rafe Cameron tell him I want my fucking money."

"Yeah yeah, whatever." She bent down and kissed his head, taking the cash. "Love you, Bear."

"Have fun!" He shouted as she escaped out of the front door. "And stay outta trouble!"

The outdoor theatre was located on a patch on grass on Figure 8, aka Kook Land. The only time she ever came here was to visit Kiara or to steal, other than that she tended to avoid the place. She hated this area of the island, mostly because it was full of Kook's and secondly because nobody looked out for one another. It wasn't like the Cut, they didn't take care of each other here, no, they had the servants for that shit. There was a hella lotta backstabbers around these parts, each individual wanting to be better than the rest, wanting to climb to the top faster than their next door neighbour. Who had the latest technology, or the newest in season designer trends, or perhaps it was who had the most expensive glass wear in their kitchen cupboards —— whatever the reason, the Kook's loved the competition.

After stopping off at Queenie's conscience store to pick up some vodka and mixer along with a bag of Skittles, she began to make her way over the enemy lines. As she walked past all the three story houses with the long ass drive ways and wonderfully trimmed hedges, she pulled at the sleeves of JJ's jumper. Stella Swayer stuck out like a sore thumb here, but as she folded her arms over her chest she lifted her head up definietly. Of course she didn't fit in with the fucking Kook's, a leopard can't change its spots. Sure, some folk had gotten out the Cut, people like Ward Cameron, but those type of people got lucky. Nothing else to it. Stella wasn't like that though, she had no desire to leave her home, even if she was rich. If she ever came into money, she wanted to follow in her fathers footsteps of helping those in the community. Build a youth centre, supply families with food donations, provide a safe space for those who needed it. Perhaps she wasn't that cold hearted after all.

Soon enough the twinkly string of fairy lights came into view and she could hear the laughter and chatter of folk enjoying themselves as she approached the scene. Families gathered on picnic blankets and friends huddled together in their groups, though she didn't see many Pogue's, it was mainly full of rich parents and their bratty children. Why the hell did Kiara want them to come to this?

"Stella!" Rafe Cameron grinned as she tried to walk past him. He quickly move to one side, blocking her passage. "You know I'm still upset you didn't come to that party with me."
