"The Best Day I've Had.....Not Exactly"

He gulped when he saw his brothers,his anger mixed with irritation and annoyance.He walked out the door with his bag,he was crying in intense frustration.Yuta grabbed his wrist and hugged him,M/N being annoyed tried to push him away while crying.When he finally got out of his brother's arms,he looked at him with the most anger he has ever had,"I TOLD YOU THAT I DON'T WANNA CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY WITH YOU GUYS,NOW YOU'VE EMBARASSED ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE.LOOK AT WHAT YOU'VE DONE,IS IT OBVIOUS I'M NOT HEALED YET!WHY DON'T YOU LISTEN AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND ME FOR ONE FUCKING TIME?!!" he said before walking out the school doors.Yuta stood there,in tears "P-p-plan failed...again...",The others ran to Yuta and soon knew what happened,Winwin tried his best to calm Yuta down while everyone tried to call M/N.M/N was in his room,crying while his head buried in his knees.He ignored the calls from his phone until he could hear the sound of multiple cars parking.He instantly locked the door and hid in the darkness.Suddenly,he saw the door open and fear crawled over his whole body.He saw all 23 of his brothers walk in,with cake and such.He looked at them,shaking and crying,as if he was scared of their presence.It was the first time that he was showing his true weak self in front of them.Jaehyun walked near him and kneeled before hugging him.M/N hit his chest while crying,"Let me g-g-go!You s-s-s-started this....D-d-don't touch me..." he said with frustration as he sobbed endlessly.He felt Jaehyun's warm hand wipe his tears away and heard him say in what he knew as the only sentences he could feel happiness through "M/N ah...can't you at least be happy on your birthday?The specialty of this day is gonna turn to dust because of what you're feeling.","Stop saying things that Dad used to say...Its not gonna work..." M/N said looking down.He could feel Jaehyun raise his chin and look him in the eye with the warmest smile "Be happy for the whole day even if its fake,We want you to enjoy your special day even if it means acting...or you can show us what's hiding under that sad shell of yours.",M/N clearly was taken aback at the statement,he looked away while biting his lower lip."F-f-f-ine...I'll show what I'm hiding..j-j-just for today..",Jaehyun and the others grinned but M/N felt a intense pressure because of the sudden request,he hasn't been happy since he lost his parents."How can I even sap out my happiness just for the sake of my birthday?" he thought in silence.He gave everyone a genuine but small smile and he could just feel Yangyang's endless excitement to give him a hug while carrying him happily.He stood up and giggled,rubbing his neck "I'll t-t-t-try my best to show enough happiness~",Almost everyone cooed at his cuteness but Renjun was tearing up like a mom who just learned their child became valedictorian in a college graduation.M/N hugged Renjun,"N-n-no crying or I'll stop showing my h-h-happiness!" M/N said in his old cute but slightly upset voice.Renjun chuckled and nodded before wiping his tears "All right..I'll be happy for our little baby since its his birthday today.",M/N grinned and went into his walk-in closet before coming out in the cutest outfit his brothers has ever seen,he saw everyone's eyes light up as he giggled shyly.He fixed his beret and went to Lucas,doing his usual grabby hands.Lucas smiled before carrying his little brother,"Why are you so light,hm?" Lucas asked teasingly.M/N got shy and stuttered out "I've been g-g-going on a diet and been going to g-g-yms and such...",The older grinned before saying with a smile "Least you're healthy and that's what we want~".After the younger was put down,Yangyang attacked him with a hug and carried him bridal style down the stairs as the others followed,Yangyang smiled "Our little prince is gonna have the best day today,you won't regret it~",M/N shyly blushed and giggled before saying "You better keep your word,dumbas-hyung.",he gulped at almost cursing while being happy.He was silent when the guys were preparing everything for the party,he was feeling odd.He felt light and well happy,he giggled."Being happy feels great..I want to keep this up.." he thought as Jaemin looked at him,a wide smile on his face.M/N looked back just before running to the kitchen and tugging Doyoung's arm,Doyoung looked at the younger with slight surprise before grinning."Hey bud,why are you here?" Doyoung asked sweetly,M/N giggled "I want to make cookies and cupcakes like old times!",Doyoung grinned and put a small apron on M/N before saying "Well then,let's do that with the others!",After calling the others,it was as if a miracle happened.The whole family was happy making cookies and cupcakes together,some playing with the flour,some making and tasting the frosting,some playing with the already baked cookies and cupcakes to make M/N grin and giggle,and some were eating the chocolate chips while feeding M/N some.After what seemed to be a few hours in the kitchen,the party started.The party was fun,M/N was happy as he danced with his brothers,ate with his brothers,and blew the candles on the cake before receiving gifts from his brothers.The night felt amazing and he slept in his room with Jeno with a cute smile on his face.

TIMESKIP

M/N woke up and got ready.He checked his phone and saw it was 5 AM.He rushed to eat but his brothers laughed,he pouted "Why laugh at me when you know school is important to me?~",Chenle held in his laugh "I-I-It's Saturday today,brainiac".M/N's eyes widened just before crawling into an corner,back to the state he always was.Taeyong glared at Chenle before going to M/N "Hey bud...You alright?Y'know Chenle was just joking",M/N giggled before cuddling Taeyong "mAy i Ask WHy U thInK i'm GOnNA Be SaD agaAIN?!" M/N said in a very funny voice.Taeyong grinned "At least our happy baby is finally back~".M/N grinned before glaring at Chenle "Call this smart baby a brainiac and let's see if you can state all elements listed in the periodic table and unofficial elements that have been not fully discovered.".Chenle gulped and stiffly apologized,clearly afraid of M/N's superiority in overall intelligence.

M/N was enjoying himself in the pool,flaunting his perfect abs and muscles.Every brother of his,on the other hand,tried to cover him up at all times.M/N was clearly someone who was extensively proud of his physical appearance.He was swimming in the pool until he could hear what seemed to be a woman moaning.His brothers who were in the pool with him covered his ears shut as well as the other younger brothers he had.Jisung ran over to M/N when M/N left the pool.He grabbed him and looked at him "Forget what you heard,your innocence is so delicate.",M/N nodded but he was clearly traumatized.Jisung hugged him and sounded like the ever so worried brother of a sick child.He could feel getting carried into his room.When the both changed separately,Jisung tackled M/N and attacked him with kisses.The younger giggled until he could feel something hard touch him,he moaned all of a sudden.Jisung's eyes widened and saw he had a hard-on,he blushed and M/N looked at the older with fear.M/N instantly ran to his bed and hid under the sheets,his face all red.Jisung was the one outside explaining the situation which resulted on him getting told off.Just before Jaehyun could come in just to check on M/N,the younger was in the corner crying with his hair disheveled,his computer screen bright with a news website on the screen with the headlines that horrified him to the bone "28-year-old teacher and 13 students,found dead in school yard",M/N was stuttering out the names of his classmates and his teacher that he was very fond of.Jaehyun hugged his younger brother,letting the younger pour out all his tears,emotions,and sadness.Slowly,the sad shell was closing to hide his bright happiness.

After M/N attended the funeral of his dead classmates and teacher.He went back to the mansion with tears in his eyes.He hugged Xiaojun,letting his tears out.He was sad again but not to the extent of hating everyone in his family.Xiaojun rubbed the younger's back and pat his head,"Its gonna be fine,just let it all out,my little prince..Its gonna be fine..",Ten was watching from afar,sobbing.He hated seeing M/N cry,especially when he had feelings for his own brother."I want to love you but its harder when I love you in a different depth.." Ten said clenching his chest as small tears dripped down his cheeks.Xiaojun was silent as he comforted his younger brother but all he thought was to find who murdered what made his own little brother the happiest."You're gonna be dead once I find you..." Ten and Xiaojun said quietly,only wishing vengeance to the unknown killer of their brother's dreams.For M/N,this is what all it took to crush his dreams to go to college,he had no purpose no more and all he thought was ways of leaving this world painlessly.He mumbled under his breath "My intelligence is worth nothing but the value of a rock.."
