We flew for a while, not daring to stop incase North was after me. I did NOT feel like cleaning up the tinsel, paint and eggnog that the elves had plastered all over the workshop. We finally came to a rest in a forest clearing somewhere in Europe.

We stood there for a few minutes just catching our breath from the non-stop flight. Then Jack broke the silence "Did you see their faces." We started chuckling softly and were soon roaring with laughter as we recalled the scene just before we left. Bunny boiling with rage, North looking stunned and both of them covered from head to toe in tinsel and red and green paint.

I wiped tears of laughter from my eyes. "That was great" I said

"How did you get the elves to do that"

"I didn't" I said "I gave them chocolate and left the rest to them. I can always count on them to create mischief without instruction."

He grinned "That's for sure. How'd you make the Warren all Christmasy?"

"I can control color. It's wonderfully useful for pranks, jokes and tricks."

"I can well imagine" He shook his head "You should've seen Bunny when we came back to the Warren. He took one look at it and said 'It's her'."

"So glad that even after 492 years I have not been forgotten." I stood up "I must get going though. I have lots to do and I'm afraid I may have lost the Top Spot of the Naughty List."

"I have it now."

"No way"

"Yep"

"No" I said "I've lost my Spot to a Spirit 300 years younger. Thats-thats...no"

"Hey" Jack said "I'm Jack Frost, Guardian of Fun. There's no way for me not to get it"

"How did you become a Guardian?" I said "No offence but you don't seem like the kind of person they would induct. Or the kind of person to accept it either."

"MIM chose me." Jack said "I didn't accept at first, but they convinced me to join."

"Even Bunny" I said disbelieving

"He didn't want me in at first. I don't think that I was any of the others first choice, but they were willing to give me a chance. It took a little convincing for him to accept it."

"I'll bet" I muttered "Bunny doesn't like change. He's an arrogant, stick in the mud guy, who doesn't know how to take a joke." I turned to him "I will get my spot back"

"Yeah right" he scoffed "I am the Guardian on fun, which includes pranks, jokes and all manner of misbehaving"

" And I am the Spirit of Summer of Summer but also of laughter." I countered "I can out do you in pranks anyday."

"Cannot"

"Can too"

"Lets make a deal then" Jack said "Whoever isn't at the top of the naughty list by Easter has to clean up the mess that both of us made trying to get there"

"Deal" I said "Starting NOW!" We both took off in opposite directions.
