Instead of the wings on his chest plate, it's a picture of the planet Jupiter
I'm also changing some of the event timelines.

I arrived at the location I was given. I was already in my uniform, it still fit perfectly.
I got out of the car and rushed inside the building. I clicked on my earpiece and a little transparent screen appeared in front of my right eye. It gave me multiple heat signatures.
There were multiple scattered all over the place but most were coming from a certain room, so I decided to head there. I was moving from the beams of the ceiling so I can understand the situation.
I got to the room and I heard yelling the closer I got. Nighteye was bleeding heavily from the midsection. Mirio was phasing through punches.
I was about to step in until I saw a masked villain on the floor aiming a gun towards a bundle on the floor. Mirio jumped in front of it as the gun went off.
I grabbed one of my throwing knives and threw it. As soon as it went in front of Mirio, I teleported to it and used my sword to hit the bullet away.
"What?!" A man wearing a bird mask yelled in surprise.
"M-Mr. Y/N!!" Midoriya yelled in surprise.
"So, this is the ordinary patrol you were talking about, right?" I asked sarcastically.
"Sir" Mirio acknowledged quietly.
"You did great kiddo. Go and and get out of here, your wounds look serious" I commanded, not turning to look behind me.
(Mirio got hurt when the spikes were directed at Eri before the bullet was fired)
"I-It's you!" I heard a girl's voice.
I slowly turned and saw that the red bundle on the floor was a little girl wrapped in Mirio's cape. I was slightly surprised at this but I sent her a small smile.
"You're safe now, because I'll be your shield for every strike" I assured before turning back to the villains. "Go now Lemillion!"
"Yes sir!" Mirio said, taking Eri in his arms. She was tearing up from what I said.
"Keep going, don't worry about me" Nighteye said after coughing up some blood. I was going to pull out my flintlocks but I saw a bird man charging at me.
"I've seen you before, but it doesn't matter" he said. His hand touched my arm and I felt my body explode from the inside, my heart landing on the floor.
"Because you'll end up dead anyway" he finished.
"Mr. Y/N!" Midoriya yelled.
"No" Nighteye said weakly.
I formed around my heart and looked at the villain who had just killed me.
