Aman and Aisha rushed to the hospital, zoya was slowly regaining her consiousness but her head's back portion was still bleeding and Roshni was still unconsious.... soon they reached to the hospital Aman informs a nurse to take zoya and take stiches , Aman goes with Roshni in the OT for her operation , till then Aisha informs both the families to come to hospital as soon as possible....
In OT,
Aman: Roshni! Himmat rakhiye kuch nhi hoga aapko , mei hunn apke sath aap jaldi thik hoajengi....
Senior doctor comes
Senior doctor: Dr Aman we dont have much time , we have to do all the procedures fast, nurse inka bp check karo...
In hospital( outside OT)
Raziya and Sultana reach the hospital , Raziya hugs Aisha because she was so scared , she tells them the whole story....
Raziya: Kya?! Roshni ko goli lag gayi?!
Aisha:(sobbing) haan ammi! Roshni ne mujhe bachane ke liye apni jaan khatre mein daal di....
Shabnam acidentally hears this
Shabnam: Roshni!!!!!
Alisha: phuphi rukiye....
Shabnam goes near to the OT and tries to open the door , Alisha stops her..
Shabnam: mujhe janne do meri bachi ke paas , woh mujhe bula rhi hogi....
Alisha: nhi phuphi aap samjhne ki koshish kijiye....
Raziya puts her hand on Shabnam's shoulder
Raziya: mat ro shabnam sab thik hojaega....
Shabnam hugs Raziya... the atmosphere gets more emotional
Shabnam: (sobbing) Raziya meri bachi, pata hai tujhe jab woh choti thi na toh woh injection se boht darti thi kehti thi " ammi! Agar injection lagana padega toh mei kabhi bhi patient banke hospital nhi jaungi" aur aaj meri ussi bachi ka itna bada operation ho raha hai....
Sultana : Raziya tu iske saath rahe mei darga jaa rhi hunn
Raziya : ji ammi
Sultana reaches darga
Sultana: yaah allah! Aap Roshni ki jaan bacha lijiye uss bachi ne meri potti ki jaan bachayi hai mei uska yeh karz kabhi bhul nhi paungi, par uske thik honne ki dua toh kar sakti hunn na....
In hospital,
All the family memebers are praying zoya has regained her conciousness, all waited , finally after 2hrs the operation ends , Aman comes out , he was looking tensed , Shabnam asked him if Roshni was ok?
Aman: ji !, Roshni ab theek hai , humme unhe 24hrs ke liye observation mein rakhna hoga toh aap usse abhi nhi mil sakti...
Shabnam: shukriya Aman....
Aman leaves from there , Raziya follows him... Aman was crying
Raziya: kya hua Aman ab toh sab theek hai na
Aman: ( crying) nhi ammi sab theek nhi hai....
Raziya: tu kya bol raha hai Aman
Aman: ammi, agar Roshni ko 24hrs mein hosh nhi aaya toh woh coma mein chali jaengi.... meine Roshni ki ammi ki halat dekhi thi isloye meine unke saamne kuch nhi kaha, lekin....
Raziya: Aman toh tu idhar kyun hai Roshni ko dekh Aman, Shabnam tutt jayegi agar Roshni ko kuch hogaya toh
Aman: hum sab ne puri koshish ki hai ammi! Par woh respond nhi kar rhi hain....
Saying this Aman leaves from there.....
Sultana reaches there....
Shabnam: aapki duwaye kaam aagayi ammi ab Roshni theek hai...
Sultan: yah allah tera lakh lakh shukriya....
Raziya seemed sad , she was standing away from them....
Sultana: kya hua Raziya?, Aur Aman kaha hai?
Raziya: ammi Roshni abhi theek nhi hue hai uski halat abhi bhi serious hai... aur Aman Roshni ke paas hi betha hai, agar Roshni ko 24hrs mein hosh nhi aaya toh woh coma mein chali jaengi😔
Sultana: par shabnam ne toh mujhe...
Raziya: woh Aman ne shabnam se jhoot bola tha taaki woh dukhi na ho...
Sultana: Raziya abhi Shabnam ko sabse zyaada zaroorat hai teri , tu uske saath reh mei zoya se mil aati hunn...
Raziya: ji ammi.
Roshni was shifted in ICU
Aman was alone with her...
Aman: Roshni... please uth jayiye , mere liye nhi toh apni ammi ke liye , aapne hi mujhe bola tha na ki aap apni ammi se boht pyaar karti hain... aap unhe aise akela chod kar nhi jaa sakti Roshni...
Aap ne pucha tha na mei kisse nikah karna chahta hunn , mei aapko kabhi bata nhi paya Roshni par mei aapse boht mohbbat karta hunn... par shayad aap mujhse..... kuch toh boliye Roshni.... aapko pata hai shayad mei aapko pehli baar thank you bol raha hunn , thank you Roshni aapne meri beheno ki jaan bachayi....
Roshni is still not responding.....
Aman starts crying holding Roshni's hand and recalls his memories with Roshni, bgm:
Aman: ( crying)Roshni boliye na Allah knows best! Plz Roshni kuch toh boliye...
After sometime...
Suddenly Aman hears a girl...
Girl: Aman....
Aman looks behind and realises she was the same girl who used to come in his dreams and told him some mysterious things....
Aman: aap?!...aap yahan kya kar rhi hain?
Girl: Aman! Agar tum Roshni ko bachana chahte ho toh tumharre liye yeh razz janna boht zaroori hai.... aur tum abhi apne sapne mein ho , mei tumse sirf sapno ke zariye hi baat kar sakti hunn...
Roshni: khan baba....
Aman: mei abhi apne sapne mein???
Girl: aap abhi sapno ki duniya mei hain jaha na koi na toh marta hai aur na koi zinda hai, issi duniya ke zariye mei aapko ek boht zaroori razz batana chahti hunn.... jo janna aap ke liye boht zaroori hai....
