Chapter 19: Can We Talk

I don't know if I'm ready to hear what Maria has to say. She was looking like she didn't know where to start. Onika and Desaundra was giving her the spill it already face. "I really don't know where to start or how to say this" Maria said nervously. "How bout you just start from the being" Onika said with attitude.

Maria just gave her a I wasn't talking to you look and rolled her eyes. "Diamond how much do you know about Dawn and Aubrey's relationship?" she asked. I thought about it for a minute and I honestly didn't know anything. "Nothing really. He never really talked about it" I said. "Well Dawn was in love with Drake. A little to in love if you asked me. She was so excited that a man of his caliber wanted to date her. The publicity was good for her modeling career and he treated her like a princess. But I knew that his life style and Dawn's problems wouldn't be a good mix." Before she could continue Onika took the words right of my mouth. "Wait what kinda problems does she have"she said.

"Dawn suffers from multiple personality disorder" she said with a straight face. My mouth was wide open because I wasn't expecting her to say that. Now that I think about it it all makes sense. It explains her out of the ordinary behavior. "I knew that chick was crazy. I told Aubrey something was off about her" Nicki said more to herself than to the rest of us.

"It's not like that she's not crazy something traumatic happened to her when we were younger. She created this personality to deal with the trauma" she said. This girl has a whole other person that she is battling with. This was truly Her Beef that she has with herself.

"So was does all of that have to do with Drake and Desire? Why didn't you're family get her help?" Desaundra said. "We did get her help and she was doing fine until she started dating Drake" she said. "Don't blame my bro for your nut job of a sister actions. She was screwed up way before Aubrey came along" Onika said clearly upset.

"When Drake started cheating on her with different chixs it sent her over the edge. Then when he dumped her and started dating Diamond it broke her. When you and Drake would have fights and he would go back to her it gave her hope. Now Raven feels like it's Dawn's fault Drake left and she is trying to take over" she said. "I'm here to warn you that Raven is after you and she is pissed" she said.

"So Dawn/Raven shot Des and she is the stalker. Not only is she stalking Des but she is stalking herself. You gotta be fucking kidding me" Desaundra said. This was to much for me to handle in one day. Rihanna said that the only stalker was Dawn and she was right.

"Is she aware of Raven" I asked wanting to know. "She is not in control when Raven takes over and she can't remember what was done either. Its like a blackout moment" she said.

Meanwhile in Miami....

I was sitting in the waiting room waiting to talk to Dr. Sheryl. I need to deal with this before I lose Devon. I hoped that Maria made it to Desire Ok. "Dr. Sheryl will see you now" the young receptionist said. I walked in her office ready to handle things once and for all. "How are you today Dawn? I have cleared my schedule for the day so we have all day to tackle this problem. I can help you" she said so pleasantly. I was ready to get my life back.

"Dawn I need you to relax. Now I'm going to put you in a dream state so that I can speak to Raven. I am also going to video tape it so you can finally see her" she said. I was so afraid that this could go wrong but it was time. I need to deal with this before I completely lost myself.

I don't know if I'm ready to meet Raven but I guess it was now or never.
