It can be similar to your birth name, or completely different. It should reflect you as an individual and surname's are not required. It can be anything you like.
this will be the name you can tell to entities, gods, spirits, witches, and other magical creatures to protect your safety.

{giving your birth name to magical creatures is usually unsafe, as a birth name is required for most curses- and giving a birth name can sometimes put you into debt with creatures like the fae.}
