what is protection magick?

* protection magick is exactly what it sounds. it is creating a magickal barrier or shield around a place, person, or item.

why do we need it?

* the average person encounters negative energy on the daily, no matter how minor.

there are many, many ways to protect yourself through magick. it is also important to practice protection and magick AFTER cleansing and banishing entities from a space.

protection magick varies person-to-person, but here are some basic ways to protect yourself from negative energies.

* prayer, meditation- you can ask you deities, spirit guides, or Mother Earth to protect you during the day. This is incredibly simple, and anyone can do it. after you wake every morning, simply close your eyes and ask for protection from negative energies

* protection through sigils- this is very easy as well. you can carry custom-made protection sigils with you and they work very well

* protection through items- protection with crystals and jewelry is very common and I method I love to use personally. I like to leave my amulet out in the moonlight every full moon to recharge it.
