Riley's POV
I heard something I probably shouldn't have. I heard Colten say he loved me. He said he thought I was hot and that he wanted to ask me out but he was too shy to do it. I just wanted to run in the living room and yell "YESSS!" But I didn't.
Then I heard Spencer say he loved Kaelee. I saw that Colten was getting kind of protective. "If you ask her out you are treating her well or else!" Colten said and I smiled.
I walked into the living room and said, "hey. Kaelee wants to know what you guys want for dinner" I lied hoping thy would bring up how he liked me. I saw Spencer nudge Colten to make him ask me out.
"Spaghetti. Hey Riley. Can I ask you something?" Colten said.
"Of course Colten" I said and smiled. "Will you go on a date with me?" He asked me. I looked from him to spencer and back to him.
"Yes!" I said and hugged Colten. "Oh. And Spencer? I didn't tell you but Kaelee likes you" I said and smiled at Spencer and Colten.
"Well I better get back up there but quick enter your number into my phone" I told Colten and handed my phone to him.
He typed his number in and put a selfie of him in there too. "I better get back up there but I will text you later about that date" I said to Colten and walked back upstairs.
Colten's POV
I entered my number into Riley's phone and took a selfie. She said she would text me about the date then went upstairs.
"SCORE!" I whispered once she went upstairs.
"Dude! You should totally go ask Kaelee out. I mean take care of her but I'm not going to be the only one with a girlfriend" I said to Spencer and he laughed.
"Okay. But only for you" Spencer said and smiled at me. He went upstairs and I heard him knock on the door.
Riley's POV
I went upstairs and sat on Kaelees bed with her.
"Hey ummm. Kaelee. I have to tell you something" I said to her. "Your brother asked me out and I said yes" I told Kaelee.
"REALLY? That's great!" Kaelee said and smiled at me. KNOCK KNOCK. Was what we heard next.
"COME IN!" Kaelee kind of yelled. In walked Spencer. "Kaelee. Do you want to go on a date with me?" Spencer asked.
"YES! To be honest I've been crushing on you since I met you!" Kaelee said and they both laughed.
"Great. I'll put my number in your phone" Spencer said. Kaelee tossed her phone to Spencer and he out it in.
"Text me later" he said when he tossed her phone back to Kaelee.
When Spencer left the room Kaelee squealed. "OMG!!" She said and smiled.
"I know how you feel!" I said and giggled.
