This Love

Chapter 15

Riley's POV

Colten, Kaelee, Emily and I were in the car on our way to helium. We only had about five minutes until we were there.

When we got there, we signed in and did everything we had to.

We were bouncing around when I suddenly felt sick.

"Colten.... Ill be back" I said to Colten and he nodded. "Need me to come with?" He asked. He looked worried. "Yeah" I said and ran to the bathroom. I ran in a stall and puked into the toilet.

Colten came in and held my hair back. I puked for ten minutes then went to sit down.

"Thanks" I said to Colten. "That's what I'm for. Do you want to go home?" He asked me. "No. I feel fine. I don't know why that happened" I said to Colten.

"Me neither" Colten said and looked worried.

"We should go home" Colten said. "I don't want to ruin this for you and Kaelee and Emily. We are staying."

I sat on a bench and waited with Colten until the time was up.

When we got home, Colten and I went right up to my room. I laid in bed and Colten cuddled with me. I fell asleep with Colten.

*later*

I woke up and Colten was still sleeping. I felt it coming up again so I slipped out of bed and ran to the bathroom. Two hands startled me when they pulled my hair back. I turned around to see Colten standing there, holding my hair back.

"Thanks" I slurred out. "Yeah" he said and smiled.

After a while, Colten and I went back into bed. I turned on the TV and we watched Spongebob. Every once in a while I would get up and go to the bathroom.

*Later*

When Colten and I woke up again, it was 10:30 pm. We got up and went downstairs to find something to eat. I was craving eggs even though I hate eggs!

"Hey Colten," I said to Colten. "Could you please make me eggs?" "Sure!" He said excitedly. "Wait, I thought you hated eggs?" Colten said confused. "I do hate eggs. I'm just craving eggs!" I said and he shrugged.

He got the stuff out and started making eggs.

When the eggs were done I ate every last bite. I don't know why I wanted eggs! But those were delicious!

"Thanks, babe" I said and kissed Colten on the cheek. "Welcome" he said and smiled. "So what do you think is happening? Puking, eating EGGS!" Colten said and I laughed to myself.

"I have no idea. Kaelee might know. She IS training to be a doctor" I said with a smile. "I'm going to go see if she is awake. Stay down here until I find out what's wrong" I said and kissed Colten's cheek again.

I ran upstairs and into Kaelees room. She was sitting on her bed playing on her phone, probably texting someone.

"Hey Riley!" Kaelee said happily. "Hey. Can you help me?" I asked her. "Yeah. What is it?" She asked. "Well, I've been puking all day and I was craving eggs-" "YOU HATE EGGS!" She said and gasped. "Exactly." "Okay. Lay on my bed. I'm going to test some stuff" Kaelee said and I smiled. I laid on her bed.

Kaelee checked me and found nothing.

"There is only one other possibility..." Kaelee said and frowned. "You might be pregnant." My mouth dropped.

"Oh my gosh" I said to myself. "We have to go get a test!" I said quietly. "Mom has some in the bathroom" Kaelee said quietly. She went to show me where they were and I did my business.

When I looked at the test it said +Pregnant+.
(A/N: I know tests don't work till like a week after but whatever!)

I almost fainted. I quietly walked out of the bathroom and to Kaelees room. I started crying.

Kaelee looked at me and half frowned.

"You have to tell Colten" she said sadly.

"I know" I said and whipped my tears. "Can you stay here?" I asked her and she nodded.

I walked out of her room and downstairs. Colten was in the kitchen waiting for me.

"Hey babe. What happened? Looks like you were crying" Colten said and I started crying again. "I-I-I'm p-p-pregnant" I stuttered out. Colten looks at me and his jaw dropped.

"Seriously?" He asked me and I nodded. "I can't believe this" he said and started pacing back and forth. "What are we going to tell mom?" He said and didn't stop pacing.

"Colten. Please stop worrying. We will be fine" I said to him. "No. This is your fault! I can't believe this!" "Colten! This isn't my fault or your fault! It's LIFE! It happens!" I said and I burst into tears. "I'm done. This is too hard. I love you so much but in only 19 years old!" Colten complained. "SO AM I! You can do this! Please Colten!" I cried out. He stormed up to his room and I fell on the floor and cried.

I laid there and cried for at least five minutes before Colten came running back downstairs. He helped me up and he tickled me until I stopped crying.

"I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have done that. I love you so much, Riley!" Colten said and I smiled. "I love you more" I said and smashed my lips to his.
