donghyuck was walking through jaeeun's dorm house, on his way to her room with a huge smile on his face. once he approached the door, his smile dropped and suddenly, he felt nervous.

he softly knocked on the door, shoving his hands into his pockets. the door opened to reveal jeno and jaemin. "hey hyuck." they greeted casually and donghyuck furrowed his brows in confusion.

"why are you two here?"

"double date with hyewon  and her hot friend." jeno said and donghyuck parted his lips in shock, "but-"

"hey hyuck. i'm almost ready." jaeeun said from behind the two skyscrapers she called friends. jeno and jaemin laughed once they realized what hyuck thought they meant.

"hyewon's other hot friend. that hot friend is taken by you, i believe." jeno smirked, patting his friend on the shoulder. donghyuck rolled his eyes and leaned against the door frame, "ya! jung jaeeun! hurry up before i punch jeno!" the two laughed and jaeeun finally finished.

"geez, so demanding. bye guys! have fun on your double date! jeno, steal a llama for me."

"will do."

"can we steal a penguin in your name, too?"

"of course jaemin. steal whatever you'd like in my name. except for donghyuck. he's mine. i'll kill you. toodles!" she said, grabbed donghyuck's hand and pulling him away.

"i'm yours?" donghyuck asked with a smirk and jaeeun's ears started tearing red, "i- i- that's not what i meant!" she stuttered, hitting him playfully. donghyuck laughed and threw his arm around her shoulders, "it's okay. i guess i am yours and you're mine."

"not yet, lee."

"aww, damn."

they laughed and continued their walk to the bowling alley. once they arrived, they got their shoes and bowling balls. "so... i should've said something earlier but i'm not very good at bowling." jaeeun said, feeling flustered and shy.

donghyuck chuckled, walking up to the girl. he placed her three fingers in the holes and got behind her. he placed a hand on her elbow and the other on her waist.

"so you hold it like this, and then you swing back and throw it." he explained, guiding her through the process, scoring jaeeun a strike. she smiled widely and hugged hyuck, "thank you!"

as they pulled apart, they heard an older couple talking about them. "taejung, honey, look at them. they remind me of when we were younger." donghyuck and jaeeun pretended as if they didn't hear anything and went back to bowling.

in the end, donghyuck won. "oh yeah baby! you can't defeat the master!" he cheered and jaeeun shook her head, "okay, master, then let's see if you can beat me at arcade games."

the two ran to the arcade room and immediately settled on a driving game.
"if i win, you have to do as i say for a week!" jaeeun declared and donghyuck chuckled, "alright. if i win, you have to kiss me."

jaeeun agreed and they started the game. "yes! i won!" donghyuck shouted, earning a glare from jaeeun. "don't worry. i'll still do as you say for a week. except, instead of a week, i was thinking as long as you want." he flirted, getting off his bike.

jaeeun laughed, staying on her bike and pulled him towards her. "well, a deal is a deal, right? and you won, so i should complete thy order." donghyuck smirked and got closer to her, "oh really?"

jaeeun nodded and glanced down at his lips for a split second before looking into his eyes. she grabbed onto his collar and pulled him down, smashing her lips onto his.

sparks flew, and they felt as if it were just them two in the world. as soon as they pulled away, donghyuck went in for another one. and then another. and another until jaeeun pushed him away.

"ya ya ya, chill. ask me to be your girlfriend first." she joked, getting off of the bike and donghyuck nodded, "okay. jung jaeeun ya." jaeeun hit his shoulder playfully, "no, stupid. do it in a more meaningful way. not after i said to because you want to kiss me."

donghyuck pouted but understood so he held his hand out for her, "let's go, shall we?" she nodded, slipping her fingers into his. they went to go an on-campus ice cream shop. once they walked in, jaeeun recognized the employee working. it was her cousin, jung inna.

"inna!" jaeeun smiled, grabbing sight of the girl's attention. inna looked up and smiled, "jaeeun! how are you? whos this?"

"i'm good! this is haechan, my boyfriend!"

donghyuck smiled to himself. he knew he had to ask her by the end of the night. jaeeun, on the other hand, knew that they weren't together but they would be soon and inna was the kind to take someone if they didn't have a label.

"what kind of ice cream would you like, m'lady?" donghyuck asked, wrapping an arm around the girl's shoulders. she looked over the menu and smiled up at him, "choco swirl." he nodded and turned to inna.

"hi, could we have one large choco swirl and one large regular chocolate?"

"sure. will that be all?"

"yeah."

"that'll be 10,000 won." inna said, putting the order in. they watched as inna scooped their ice cream and gave jaeeun hers first. once she got to donghyuck, she leaned in and whispered, "i know you're not actually her boyfriend. call me sometime?"

donghyuck chuckled bitterly and whispered back, "no. i really am her boyfriend." he shot her a glare before turning to jaeeun, "let's go. oh, and thanks for the ice cream, mina." he said,  wrapping his arm back around jaeeun's shoulders, leading her out of the shop.

"what did she whisper about?" jaeeun asked, shoving a spoonful of ice cream in her mouth. donghyuck shrugged, "she wanted me to call her. i said no, though. i like someone else."

"hmm, i wonder who." jaeeun joked, purposely running into donghyuck, "oh hello sir. i don't know you, but you're beautiful!"

"i can say the same about you, ma'am."

the two laughed and continued onto the sophomore girls dorm. when they arrived, donghyuck looked at jaeeun, "hey, eun. i was wondering-"

"yes, i'll be your girlfriend."
