Antidotes For An Awkward Conversation

"Just my bloody luck that all our professors not only want us to work in pairs this year, but are too lazy to come up with original groups." Draco complained to Pansy as they made their way back to the common room. "Ancient runes, potions, arithmancy, probably bloody charms tomorrow too!" He ranted, the idea of Potter being everywhere he went a frightening one.

"Sanaberis tempore" Pansy subtly ignored, opening up the way to the commons so Draco's voice wouldn't be echoing through the entire school. She walked over to the couch, sat, and gestured for her blonde friend to join her for some advice before their other classmates came filing in and Harry inevitably came asking to talk to him.

"Potter's going to try and talk to me, isn't he?" Draco asked, a resentful look on his face knowing Pansy talked to him earlier in the morning.

"As I instructed him to." She responded calmly, picking at her cuticles.

"So much for being on my side." He scoffed, eye rolling and plopping down ungracefully beside Pansy, who only eye rolled back.

"It's for the better, maybe you'll realize that when you play your cards right and get shagged." She grinned, side eying Draco in great delight as she watched the blush creep up his neck.

"Like that'd ever happen." He sighed, dramatically flopping his head into her lap, wordlessly urging her to comb her finger though his hair like she always did to calm him down.

"My bets on within the next week, Seamus says the week after." She shrugged, swiftly integrating her fingers amongst his soft platinum locks.

"If it were to happen, gambling over the prospect is only jinxing it." He laughed, the prospect seemingly impossible to achieve to begin with.

"You'd be surprised what manifestation can achieve, darling." Pansy chided in an attempt to set Draco straight so he would go into his and Harry's conversation with an open mind.

"I can hear them coming." Draco concernedly mentioned, his voice slightly cracking on them in anticipation.

"Then prepare yourself." Pansy responded as if it was an easy feat, getting locked into a tediously awkward conversation with the person you've been infatuated by for years.

"The bricks are moving." Draco thought out loud, his eyes closed in an attempt to escape or blank out, something.

"Guess who's here-" Pansy whispered in a sing song tone, causing Draco to clench his shut even harder. "He's coming over." She teased in a hushed voice. Sure enough, over came Harry, a concerned face tainting his features.

"Is he ok?" He asked, directing the question at Pansy because Draco seemed physically unable to answer.

"Unfortunately." He replied blandly, sitting up, adjusting his bun and glasses, and looking up at the tall man before him with masked anxiety.

"Can we talk?" He asked, Draco not flinching because he had been mentally preparing himself since breakfast. "Alone, if that's alright with you?" He continued, apologetically glancing at Pansy despite the only emotion on her face being smug joy.

"Yes." Draco responded, pushing himself up from where he sat and nervously playing with one of his rings. "Dorm?" He suggested, making a small stride in the general direction.

"Please." He agreed, quickly synching his own steps with Draco's and beginning up the spiraling staircase. Once they surpassed dorm two, their absent presences on the base floor became noticed leading to their ascending figures being chased with wolf whistles, cheers, and sarcastic clapping. "I'm going to kill Seamus one of these days." Harry threatened, his slightly obnoxious encouragement still being quite distinguishable as they breached their door.

"So." Draco began, sitting on his bed, one leg bent up, the other stretched out at a diagonal, his arms draped over that position carelessly.

"Yeah." Harry tried, the mutual loss for words not helping their conversation progress what so ever. "Your spin landed on me." He attempted again, leaving the next advancement to Draco and sitting down on the foot of his dorm mates bed.

"It did." He replied, eying the door. "Why are we doing this?" He asked, Harry's lack of thought about direction making the whole interaction uncomfortable.

"You seemed affected by it, Pansy and Hermione only confirming it, and I supposed I'd just give you the opportunity to say or do anything to clarify something..." Harry explained, now reaching for words.

"Aren't locking charms activated once both dorm mates are securely in the room?" Draco asked, not addressing what Harry responded to his question.

"Yes." Harry confirmed in a confused, low tone, eyes darting between the door and Draco.

"I'm going to do anything to clarify something." Draco said, pulling Harry on top of him in between his legs as he fell back onto his pillow, pulling him by his neck into a passionate kiss. Harry didn't complain or make a move to back away, only doing his part in deepening the kiss, his tongue running across Draco's bottom lip in between soft bites.

"Mmm" Draco let slip, the sensation of Harry's knee rubbing against his his erect bulge too pleasurable not to moan. He could only feel Harry smile and deliberately hit that spot over and over, causing Draco to squirm underneath him but never want to break the kiss.

"Ah, Harry-" Draco breathed, pushing on Harry's chest and breaking the kiss to Harry's disappointment and Draco's regret. "Bastard." He smirked, laughing under his breath.

"What?" Harry questioned, not being able to pinpoint what exactly he had done wrong to cause their little make out session to halt. "You seemed like you were enjoying yourself." He scoffed, crossing his arms as they straightened back upright.

"Too much." He assured, granting visible relief to Harry who was now looking at him skeptically. "You were jerking me off with your knee for three minutes straight, Harry." He explained, the realization that Draco was getting far to close to climaxing dawning over Harry's features and causing him to grin in satisfaction.

"That's what either cleaning charms or blowjobs are for, you're choice."
