Alice's point of view:
I could feel the beat of my heart echo inside my head like a lullaby as I rushed towards the end of the garden, the icy cold rain beginning to burn my skin as I searched for the white rabbit, nearing my fate.
Drawing my attention swiftly towards the soft rustling noise amongst a large enticing hedge, I sleekly knelt down onto the wet muddy ground, my breathing suddenly becoming frantic and uneven as my heart began to pound rapidly. Slowly climbing into the bush, I took a deep and elongated breath as I caught sight of the white rabbit once more.
Finally, this was that moment that I had been waiting for. I was finally going to be able to capture my white rabbit.
This was not an illusion.
