Chapter 11: Realised

It has been two week since that date and onji and aang have gone on a couple more dates within the 2 weeks.

Aang was making some coffee bread and while making it he was thinking about what to do with onji.

I really enjoy my dates with her but I said I wasn't ready but maybe this is me telling myself that I'm ready for a relationship maybe On my date today with onji I can ask her to be my girlfriend. Wow I always thought katara would be my first girlfriend but look at me now.

His thoughts were interrupted by katara.

"Hey wanna hangout at my place and eat ice cream?" Katara asked, smiling.

"Uhh sorry katara but I'm going on a date with onji tonight." Aang said feeling bad.

Katara's smile dropped and said "Uh that's ok I'll just ask suki and toph I guess" Katara said walking to the back door.

Aang felt really bad he didn't like seeing katara sad but the last time he was there was when she lied about forgetting the kiss and aang didn't really wanna be there at least for now.

Katara went out the back door and grabbed her phone and called suki.

*CALL*

Suki: hello?
Katara: hey suki.
Suki: oh katara what's up?
Katara: oh can you and toph come over to my house tonight.
Suki: Oh great I'll ask toph if she can come. Most likely she can but I'll ask her.
Katara: ok great.
Suki: ok see you later
Katara: see you

*END OF CALL*

Aang goes on his date with onji. They aren't going anywhere fancy just a simple casual date.

Meanwhile Katara is alone in her house drinking some beer waiting for suki and toph on her couch thinking. Her thinking was interrupted by a doorbell.

*DING DONG*

Katara put down her beer and stood up to answer the door. Once she opens the door she sees two lovely ladies such as her best friends at least her girl besties.

"Hey katara!" Suki said, lifting her arms in the air.

"Hey sugarqueen. You look awful." Toph said

"Yea. Come in." Katara said.

Suki and toph looked at each other and raised their eyebrows because usually katara would retaliate.

Toph said to suki. "It's worse than I thought"

"Yeah" Suki replied.

They reach the couch and see that katara has already drank two bottles of beer already.

"You guys want a drink?" Katara asks.

"Sure." Suki replied.

"I'll have one too" toph said

Katara goes into her kitchen, gets them a bottle of beer each and goes back and gives it to them.

"So what's up" Katara asked

"Well we kinda wanted to talk to you about aang." Suki said

"Why?" Katara said, looking from Suki to her bottle of beer.

"Well sokka told us the story of when he visited you after the night you were drunk." Tops said

Katara started to have a guilty face and she slumped her shoulders and took a sip of her beer.
