'I want to spend every first snowfall with you starting today,' I said. If I could afford to do so, why not? But I know that there are still a lot of things that we need to hurdle before I could really say that I can do this with her.

It's not that I doubt myself or my love for her, but external things may force us to be away from each other. Not that I can't manage with her fame, but I was actually afraid that I might end up like one of those guys who date a star. At least from the movies. Jackson Maine and William Thacker.

'What are you thinking?' she asked when she noticed I was silent for quite a while.

I smiled at her. 'Nothing. I'm just thinking about what we should do today,' I said, because I wanted to divert my thoughts from what I had been thinking.

'We? Don't you have work?' she asked as she straightened up. Oh, I forgot. I haven't told her what I did, and what happened.

'I can take a leave. Do you want a week?' I said cheekily, as I was too confident that yes I can spend all the time I have with her, while working on something that was on my mind for the longest time.

She narrowed her eyes while looking at me. 'Ya, you're too confident. Why? Did you do something good at work that you can take that long time off?' she asked.

I pursed my lips and averted my eyes from her, comically. 'Maybe yes,' I replied. It was then that I remembered the food I brought for her. 'By the way, I cooked something for you. Can I go and get plates?' I asked. This, after all, is not my house.

She smiled. 'Sure, you go get anything there.'

'I know you got the finest china so I want to ask which one can I get for us to use tonight,' I said, careful about all her stuff. The lady has class. She laughed.

'Ok mister. Just use the ones you used the last time,' she said. Then I went to her kitchen to get them. But then an idea came to mind. She has to eat seaweed soup as her first meal and technically, it's the 11th already.

'Babe, can you wait for around 20 minutes? I'll be quick,' I said.

'Okay, I'll watch some movies then,' she replied. Then I proceeded to find something to make her soup for today. Good thing, she's got her fridge stocked up so I was able to do so.

Twenty minutes have gone by so fast and I have already made her seaweed soup. I went back to the lounge with the soup in a tray, but then I found her sleeping once more. I placed the tray carefully on her Glas Italia Shimmer Tavolini coffee table, and went on to wake her up.

'Baby, wake up first please?' I asked her. Her TV was showing the movie Notting Hill. What a coincidence.

She woke up and smiled upon seeing me. 'What's that smell?' she asked, looking for where the aroma came from.

'It's for you, one moment,' I said as I got the soup I made. 'You eat this first please.'

'You made this?' she asked. 'Thank you, Bin,' and she gave me a kiss. She then began to eat it, then I prepared the food I brought for her. A few minutes later, we were eating the tteokbokki which was actually too spicy for me, but for her it was just like normal.

'How are you now?' I asked, when we were done eating and was just lounging around watching the movie.

'I feel like Anna Scott, you know,' she said. 'But will my William Thacker do what he did to Anna?'

It was the scene when they got intimate. I suddenly felt the heat of the tteokbokki coming back.

'Uhm Yej,' I replied. But then, she laughed the hardest. She must have realized what I was thinking.
