ONE WEEK LATER

PROM NIGHT

JUGHEADS pov

I was getting ready in jb room and betty was getting ready in our room since she said that she wanted her dress to be a surprise
I got ready and got the box of her corsage and went down stairs and was sitting and couch then my dad and Alice came outside and said
FP-you look handsome boy

and betty finally came down

J- betty cooper you take my breath away

B-jughead jones feeling is mutual

and we kissed

A- ok now pose for a picture

AT SCHOOL

BETTYS pov

when we entered the gym which was decorated for prom just the way veronica and cheryl have been planning

V-hey B you look amazing

B-you look gorgeous too

B- oh I see you got a date for tonight

looking at reggie who was standing next to vee

then all of us were dancing and then suddenly slow song came up and then jughead asked me

J-can I have this dance

he said holding out his hand

B-yes

I said smiling

then he wrapped his around my waist and I wrapped my hands around his neck

and then I just kept looking at him and smiling

J- what is it

B-it feels nice being here with you

B- after everything happened with us I thought this moment would never come you and me dancing at prom together

J-well somehow deep down a part of me always knew that we will always find our way back towards each other

and then we kissed

and then mr weatherbee announced cheryl and toni as prom queens and asked us to join them on dance floor

B-thank you so much

J-for what

B-for everything for forgiving for asking me to prom for giving us another chance for loving me

J-I will always love you betty cooper

B-I love you too jughead jones

we kissed but this time more passionately

I kept my my head on his shoulder and kept slow dancing like that on a few more songs

and while me jug kevin fangs veronica cheryl and toni were sitting and talking we heard some shouting

A - no I want to talk to her

R-Andrews leave her alone

we saw reggie and archie shouting and then archie came to our table and it seemed like he was drunk

A- Ronnie please I want to talk to you

V- archie leave me alone

A- this is all bcoz of you bitch

he said looking at me and then jug went and punched him and reggie tackled him from behind and I just ran out and went to the blue and gold

JUGHEADS pov

I was just so angry archie had some nerve showing up here

I cant control my anger anymore so I just punched him and them veronica shouted

V-jughead leave it and go to betty she needs you

and then I ran out of gym and went to blue and gold and knocked door

J-can I come in

B-yeah

and soon as I walked in she just ran toward me and hugged me while crying

J-shh betts its ok let it out

B-I cant do this jug I just cant

then we sat on couch and she finally calmed down

J-you wanna go home

B-yeah let me just grab my coat and let's inform others

J- yeah I think Kevin is gonna have a lot of questions(lets just say kevin doesn't know about what happened with betty )

Then she sighed

B- I think he should know but I can't do it again

J- hey it's your choice

B- I will ask Veronica to do it

J- it's your choice betts

Then we went to gym where everyone was waiting

V- are you ok B

K- what happened Betty

B- I am fine V and Veronica will explain you everything kev

V- you sure

B- yeah

J- we are going home guys

V-ok

GENERALS pov

then veronica explained everything that happened to betty to kevin

K-oh my god my poor B

V-I know that is why she was having nightmares

AT COOPER/JONES HOUSE

JUGHEADS pov

as soon as we entered we saw my dad and alice sitting in living and alice came and hug betty

AL- oh my god betty weatherbee called and told what archie did there about fight

B-wow now whole school will know by tomorrow

she said sighing

I knew betty was tired and not in mood to answer any questions

J- can we just go and change and rest

FP - yeah sure kids

after we came into our room betty went to change and after she came out she said

B-thank you

J-for what

B-from rescuing me downstairs from all the questions of my mom

J-well I know you better than anyone else so I knew you were tired and wanted to rest then she gave a small peck on lips and I went to change and after I came back she was already asleep so got under covers and kissed her forehead

J-goodnight Juliet

but before I could sleep I heard a knock on door of our room
