NEXT MORNING

JUGHEADS pov
I woke and saw betts was still asleep , I got out of bed quietly so that she doesn't wake up and I decided to go downstairs and saw that Alice was sitting in kitchen having coffee

A- good morning jughead

J-good morning mrs cooper

A- I have told you so many times to call me alice

J- sorry

A- is betty still asleep

J- yeah

A- ok and there was some mail on your name

mail for me and then I remembered that my letter from university of iowa and yale was supposed to come

J- where is it

A- it is on the dining table

I checked it but didn't open it

A- what is it

J- it is from iowa and yale

A- aren't you gonna open it

J- no I m gonna wait for betty

a few minutes later I saw betty came downstairs still rubbing her eyes

B- good morning

J- good morning betts

B- how come jughead jones is so excited in morning

J- well my mail from iowa and yale just came

B- omg what did they say

B- did you get in

A- he was waiting for you

B- ok now that I m here lets open it

BETTYS pov

first he opened yale letter

B- what does it say

J- I got in

and it I kissed him

B- see I told you its worth giving a try

J- ok now open the other one

then he opened iowa letter

J- oh my god I got in both of the colleges

B- I m so proud of you jug

I said and hugged him

then the main door opened and it was fp

J- ok dad I got in both colleges

FP- what really

fp said and he seemed really happy and surprised and hugged jug

FP- I m really proud of you boy

A- so where are you gonna go jughead

FP- oh come one Alice isn't it obvious he is gonna go to yale

B- yeah mom

then jug looked at me and said

J- actually I wanted to talk about it to you betts

and it really hit me when he said that

B- what

B- what do you mean

J- I mean that I am still not sure where I want to go

then there was an awkward silence

FP- I m gonna change

AL- and I m also going to get ready for work

and with that my mom and fp left us alone in living room to talk

J- betts just listen to me I just want time to decide

B- why didn't you tell me earlier

J- you were just so happy when I also applied for yale

B- well telling me truth would have been better than giving me this shock today

J- oh come on betty its not like you didn't make any mistakes or kept secrets from me in our relationship

B- wow jug

I said with tears in my eyes

then he realized what he had said

J- betts I m sorry I didn't mean it that way

and I just ran into our room changed my clothes grabbed my phone and when I opened door jug was standing

J- where are you going

B- I need some time alone

I said looking at him it was obviously clear on his face that he was feeling bad about but I still needed some time alone

then without saying or hearing anything I just left house

I know this is a really short part and I haven't posted for a long but I had some personal problems and a few days ago I also tested positive for covid 19

so I m sorry but I m gonna try to post a new part very soon
