Song: I Don't Want to Change You - Damien Rice
The reason this song reminds of Bethyl is because it's beautiful, and describes a person who loves someone and commits to them wholeheartedly, most importantly, the song's title is as suiting as a glove for Bethyl. Beth didn't want to change Daryl, and that was the thing. Everyone wanted to change him but she didn't. She accepted him with all his flaws, and she just wanted to bring out a side of him she knew he had, but no one else was quite capable of taking out in him. She accomplished that at the end of the day, and we finally saw the funny, loving, caring and sincere side of Daryl truly at it's peak. He was aware of that. He knew she didn't want to change him and that was exactly what took him off his feet, that's why Daryl Dixon fell in love with Beth Greene. Because he knew she wasn't like everyone else, because for once in his life he didn't feel like he needed to hide his feelings and emotions. The song also has lyrics that say "wherever you are, know that I adore you [...] if ever you need someone," that line particularly suits them, in the sense that Daryl will always love Beth, even if she's gone.
